I’m a little late leaving this review, but I had Daniel to my house last week on 5/13 to install a Pressure Vacuum Breaker. Daniel was awesome! I had another plumbing company come out and give me a quote but not only was Ben Franklin much cheaper, but Daniel just seemed to be much more comfortable and knowledgeable with doing the job. I would highly recommend Ben Franklin to any friend or family, specifically I would recommend Daniel. Great work!

When I called about a quote for my water heater the customer service was great. Sound plumbing followed up with email and a text for seamless communication. Bad service they are an agency not an actual plumbing company. They take your phone number and give it to all the plumbing companies and you'll have your phone number blown up with calls.
