Carlos was amazing. I had another company cancel at the last minute. Called Right on Time and he was able to come within an hour. In the mist of the pandemic, he took every precaution. Was friendly and reasonably priced. Guess I found myself a plumber. :)

Jake from cactus plumbing & Air is great. My new house had a bunch of old, wonky plumbing and they walked me through everything before fixing it all. Very knowledgeable and professional. Worked fast. Good price. Recommend.

They came to my house after midnight and took care of the problem. They were here for more than an hour and still charged me a very reasonable price. Hopefully I don't need them again but if I do I will call them for sure.

Jesse was wonderful figuring out our leak issue and worked hard until the problem was fixed. He answered all our questions and was very personable even with our chatty children. Highly recommend

Great experience with a plumber! Lou H was fantastic ~ friendly and even arrived early. I have never been so excited to see a plumber in my life. Our shower water never really ever got hot. We were always nervous about calling a plumber thinking it would turn into a huge expense. So honest and helpful ~ it was a simple fix (for them of course) and the price was affordable. Feels good to now have a plumber we can call that we trust and feel comfortable.

Update: Dennis did reach out to me and reimbursed me for what his labor charge would have been. I updated this review to 4 stars as I think the communication could be improved. He is a 1 man shop and the quality of work and professionalism was great on the original installation. He no longer services my area.

Had a water heater installed October 2019. It started leaking. Left 3 messages and still no response. Been without hot water for 4 days. Finally contacted another plumber that can service the unit under warranty.
