These guys rock! Saved the day came out and helped us in a pinch could have easily taken advantage of us and didnt. I recommend them to everyone...straight shooters who do a good job. What a rarity these days.

Repaired a leaking spigot by just using the stem from a new one, which was cheaper than removing and replacing the entire old spigot.

Highly recommend their services. Same day, affordable work. Christian was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Was on time and worked efficiently to fix our main line valve. It was refreshing to work with a quality plumbing service.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

Robins Plumbing is the absolute BEST! They are responsive, friendly, and truly customer centric. We continue to get best in class service from them and I cannot imagine having to call anyone else. They've fixed minor issues, been here immediately for emergencies, and most recently redid all the plumbing on my master bath. Wayne did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the hot water heater recirculating pump and valve problem. Also, gave me very valuable advice on my propane gas fireplace. Thank you for the great service Wayne!

Dre was excellent from start to finish. Had him change out all my faucets in the house and angle stops. Did the work in a day and was work the whole time. Really professional and went above and beyond to get my request completed when he ran into glitches along the way. Would certainly call rivers plumbing again!! Thank you Dre!!!

I had a Water Heater go out early this morning....What a mess !!!...Paul and Dan came to the rescue..I got his name from a Friend.....What a great Find !!!!...Paul and Dan were outstanding...Great guys !!!! Very fair on the Cost to replace the Water Heater and the Service was top notch....They were at my house in about 3 hours with the New Water Heater, lines , valves etc...I would definitely recommend them as my friend did....Thanks Again Paul and Dan....

Very punctual and courteous. Job was completed when promised. They did return for a minor fix but that was also very punctual. They dealt with the insurance company for me. Overall great service.

I would like to share my experience with this plumber who I had
the misfortune to hire. He is NOT a licensed plumber. See for yourself,
go see if you can find his name in the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
He was supposed to do a plumbing job for my business, collected the
money, and never completed the job. I filed a complaint with the AZ
Registrar of Contractors; I received a response stating that I had been
victimized, and that they would pursue my case. At the last minute,
the Maricopa County Attorney wrote me a letter deciding that he would
not file criminal charges against this grifter--because there is no likelihood of conviction at trial. After all this, getting my response,
paperwork, going through a police line up, and no prosecution.
No wonder there are so many scammers out there.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! MY WATER HEATER WENT OUT. THEY SET ME UP THREE DAYS OUT BETWEEN 7 AND 10 WITH A CALL 30 MINUTES OUT. 10 CAME AND NO CALL NO SHOW. I CONTACTED BOTH CHRISTIAN AND RODNEY. STILL NO CALL NO SHOW. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
