Vicente was able to fix the leak that I had in my bathroom toilet, he was super delicate with everything around, and super communicative on everything that he had to do In there. If he left for a part he let me know. Super friendly, got the fix in a timely manner. Cleaned up after himself too! Never had a better plumbing experience. LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

There was an issue that came up during the work, and Bumble Bee did everything correctly to make things right. I've now signed up for their membership service and plan on using them for all of my plumbing needs. Unfortunately my over 20 year AC unit finally broke on Saturday night (7/29). It was pretty late at 11pm and it was pretty miserable for us-especially our puppy until we could get into an Air BNB the next day.I have a warranty & I immediately filed a claim that night. The provider they assigned to me didn't respond until the following Wednesday, but only to say that they couldn't get anyone out until that Monday (8/7). When they did finally text me, they confirmed they confirmed that they were pretty overwhelmed with warranty repairs. No concern that it was now several days without AC in Arizona summer weather.So, I call my trusted Christian Brothers that I have service plan with and asked about the cost of new unit. Greg called the following day & was at my home that afternoon to look at my existing unit to see what size and equipment I'd need. He was able to get me installed that Friday. This took a total of 2 days! He was also very sweet and answered all my questions.The install went great-really nice guys but I did notice that the house was not being cooled down to the set point at 74. George to the rescue. He came to my home yesterday and determined that a belt hadn't been attached and within minutes the house was blowing the cold air that you get in when you go to a store.George is the senior tech, professional & will make sure that he'll catch whatever is wrong. Outstanding guy!Christian Brothers has always taken care of me & are a great company call for all of your needs. I got a 3 ton Trane system at the cost of $12,000. :-)
