It is not in my DNA to write thank you notes or Plumbing repair reviews via Facebook(Internet Social Media) on house calls when called upon to do so. However, when I do write a thank you review it's gotta be something that is unique with a glaring point of difference and needs to be shared with others.  Called Bumble Bee Plumbing & talked to Bumble Bee Plumbing office where I laid out my issues of a leaking water slab, no hot water, H2O pump problems, leaking and faulty garbage disposal, outside inside leaking faucets, in essence the entire water connected demand for water when needed was a total disaster and virtually on life support, after 30 long years of loyalty. Mike Krpata(owner) listens to your concerns and takes a genuine and professional interest in all endeavors of his unselfish discipline to help all his customers at Bumble Bee Plumbing Service. Give Mike a plumbing problem, or any other water related issue, and he will lay out and walk you thru the solution of the problem in a calm like and professional manner that makes you and your immediate water problem crises a stress free experience. Here's where Mike(owner)shines the most: The guy's a genius.  His technical skills will leave you aghast and pleasantly pleased to have him on your property doing what he knows best: Walking away from any job knowing his work is as perfect as it gets and his customer is 100% satisfied. I might ad that Mike hand picks the best possible team to do the job best suited to his customer's needs. To watch Mike and associate work in the field is a sheer joy to watch, too. 100%+ Professionalism. Mike and associate both compliment each other when they work side by side. Mike is a very knowledgable and versatile person relating to the skills and dynamics of Plumbing, water analysis, water component dynamics of pressure and equalization of pressure flow in the house within the system, sewer inspection and repairs, etc. The guy's a genius and for what it's worth, you need someone who keeps up with the technical  skills so that the customer does not have him come back again for something that should have been right the first time.  So Cudos to all at Bumble Bee Plumbing and staff.Kudos to Bee Plumbing Service for helping with this stressful day of plumbing issues for being in such great spirits and high level of enthusiasm and confidence exhibited by all.PS(Bonus) Ask your wife sometime today If low bees make low honey, what do high bees make? This company is always going above and beyond to help us. They did a few extra tweaks to two faucet replacements at their cost to ensure we removed some parts that could fail in the future. Big fan of this company.

Company did a test I wasn't notified at the time that was going to cost me over $2000.00. nothing was done to my house, but the so-called test and fan that was left in my home for 2 days , I'm sure I had to pay for that too. Feels like I've been scammed.

Worst driver ever

We had a major plumbing problem: the sewer line was not draining properly and had to be replaced requiring 25 feet of trenching. Jeff responded to my request very promptly. Champion Plumbing's bid was very detailed and the cost was reasonable. Andrew got the work done quickly and professionally.

There is nothing more unsettling then a septic backup. In that Mormont, you need a company you can trust to save your property and get things running again. Thank god for John! John arrived at 8:30pm on Sunday to deal with a septic back up. He was knowledgeable, understanding and had an superb attitude. I fell asleep last night thanking God for John: he is our HERO

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

Lorin has worked on various projects at several of my properties. He is always super responsive, explains all the steps to me, and answers any questions that I have. He is respectful and documents all of the steps he does. I highly recommend him for any plumbing projects you may have!

Plumbing Masters were business-like and scheduled a technician to come out the next day for a free estimate. Once there, and after discussing the issue, the technician was able to start on the repair immediately. No need to schedule for another day, which was a plus. (Another company couldn't even come out for an estimate for three days.) Prior to his arrival, the company texted a photo of the technician who would be coming. The technician, Brad Smith, called 45 minutes before arrival, and was knowledgeable and respectful. He was able to diagnose and make the repair immediately, and even called another contractor to come and give his (free) evaluation of the part of the job that was non-plumbing. This second contractor arrived while Brad was still there.We were happy with the timeliness and professionalism of Plumbing Masters, plus they gave a two-year warranty on the work.

I highly recommend this service for their reliability and dedication to excellence.
