If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would! This company definitely cares about their customers & making sure they are satisfied! I had a slab leak in my bathroom, Mike came out to give me a free estimate, he even did a follow up call the next day to see if I wanted to schedule that repair. I had 3 other companies come out that day. Mike was the first guy to show. He was respectful & was very Informative on how the repair would be handled. I am a person who gets very nervous around people I don't know & to allow them in my home I often get extremely nervous. I did not feel that way with Mike & that follow up call sealed the deal. Let's not forget to mention the cost was a lot less than the other companies. He wasn't trying to up sale anything, was straight forward with it all! The day came to do the repair they were on time & his assistant Alex was very kind & respectful as well. I was comfortable enough to just be outside and allow the guys to work. I was worried that my small dogs would be a bothersome due to their barking from having to be outside but they said they are use to such and not to worry about it. The work they did was awesome & literally was less of a mess then I had expected. I received a new water heater as well which was installed with perfection. They left no mess behind & was very thorough with what they did. I highly recommend this company! I went with the comfort of my gut & I was not let down! Mike & Alex are awesome!! Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.
