Mont came to my home on a Sunday and boy was I thankful because my daughters shower faucet broke and would not shut off so we had to shut the water off to our house until it was fixed and we had a house full of kids so that was not a great option. Thank you for the quick and excellent service.

So I was trying to fix a broken pipe myself because I’m pretty handy. I then pulled something you’re not supposed to pull on, and boom... water everywhere.

I called four places. The first couldn’t tell me the cost of emergency services. The second and third didn’t answer or call me back. Here, a friendly lady answered and told me someone would call me in 5 to 10 minutes. Anthony called in that time frame and gave me an ETA. His ETA was accurate, and I got 2 messages - one when he was 30 minutes out, and another when he was 8 minutes out. As a project manager, I’m a sucker for communication. He was kind, polite, respectful, honest, and he went above and beyond when he showed me what to do and gave me tips for the next time I decide I’m Wonder Woman and try and fix a broken pipe on my own. I do know that when I inevitably end up breaking something in my efforts, I’ll call these guys, and you should too!

10/10 highly recommend!!! Roger was the most responsive, honest, and hard working plumber I’ve ever worked with or spoken to. I needed a water softening system for my home and I needed it fast. Our hard water was taking a toll on my wife and daughters skin. I called a number of big plumbing companies around the valley and they were ALL outrageously overpriced and provided little explanation of charges and it was like pulling teeth to get responses in general. Then thankfully, I stumbled across Armstrong Plumbing. Roger was so quick to respond and provided so much insight as to the product to use and why it’s so much more beneficial. We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. they replaced my home cut off valve ,They called to see if they could come earlier which worked out great.Did a quick good job and was cheaper than estimates from other companies

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!
