I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. Had a hose end burst requiring a full shutdown of water until it could be fixed. Called 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing and got a quote instantly. Justin came out and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. While he was replacing that, I mentioned a couple of other issues I wanted feedback on, and found that the issues were much more serious than expected. At no point did I feel pressured into buying, or feel like the conversation was transactional. It was purely informative, and I made the decision to get it resolved. 5+ years of issues, just gone. I'm so happy to have reached out to 911 HVAC, and even more happy that they have such excellent people like Justin working for them. They will be my go to solution for HVAC needs. Recently we had some water damage in our vacation rental. We live in Chicago and long distance the clog was fixed by Aspen Plumbing very quickly.
Chris Deschamps worked with them to coordinate the dry out. His step by step follow through to walk me the process of dry out was done long-distance and coordinated with a friend staying in our property was very helpful until I was able to fly in. While I had limited time in Scottsdale, Chris made it a tough time much easier by working with the insurance co. and me to get our place fixed in a timely manner. His service was outstanding!

We have a rental home and needed to have the water heater replaced and we called around and decided to use this place to replace our water heater and we are happy with the price and our tenant is also happy that the guy came right out and got it done fast.

I will use this place in the future when we need a plumber and the reason is they were easy to deal with and honest on the price as well as quick to get the job done.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
