I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I can't believe how quick my kitchen sink problem was solved with Pink Plumbing and Sewer. They were unbelievable and very professional. Five stars from the beginning to the end.

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. My roof drainage pipes were leaking and part of my ceiling fell in. Peter was out the same day to see my problem but came back 2 days later since it was just a roof drainage pipe. They fixed it before another rain came so I wouldn’t have another mess on my hands. Being that I’m new to the area, he contacted a restoration company and they came out later on that evening and got the machines set up to dry out my problem. Technician Christian Keller showed up to determine why our 2021 water heater that was installed in 2021 (in a vacant house that was on the market for 18+ months before we bought it 4 weeks ago) wasn’t delivering hot water into the house for longer than 2-3 minutes.

He looked at it and immediately knew what was wrong, suggested the best course of action, which was to replace or remove a heat mixing valve that was installed upside down, which for three residents wasn’t even necessary - so we had him remove it and secure the repair.

He did a fantastic job and represented both himself and Summit Plumbing Pros equally well.

We will have a full HOT shower now for the first time in 4 weeks. No more NAVY showers! Can’t thank you guys enough.
