I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. He made the process very easy and quick. Thank you again! Much appreciated!

I broke an outside water spicket today, and called Rooter Hero. Their plumber showed up on time and walked me through every scenario. He even asked me if I wanted to watch the repair he would do and I did. He talked me through every part of this job and was very professional. Did I mention it was 108 degrees today. True professional, thank you Josef Yarmas for all your help and courtesy.

Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!

Terry and his company came out to my vacation home very promptly and installed a new water heater. Before I knew it he had already installed it! Looked great and very professional. He also explained to me how it works and gave me some pointers. He went above and beyond his duty. Would highly recommend his company anytime, as I will be using him for all my plumbing needs. They were able to help with a last minute emergency. I used a “handyman” to install some faucets and they did a terrible job and left the job incomplete. Phend came in and fixed all the errors in record time and got everything working perfectly and leak-proof. Charlie was on time, friendly and professional and clearly skilled. I would strongly recommend and will contact them first for all future activities.

We had Christian come in our home to replace the bathroom sink faucet & also our kitchen faucet. He did a great job 👏, I also must add he was very clean. Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
