I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!

Over the years I used Scott many times. Both in our Gilbert home and here in Queen Creek. Seldom asked for a quote. I liked Scott and his work. I called yesterday and the day before. Doesn't have the courtesy of returning my calls. Guess he doesn't like repeat business anymore.

Allen went above and beyond to help with issues we were having with our shower. He was also very courteous in answering all of my many questions. Will definitely be returning to A+ for future plumbing needs!
