Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

We've used Mason Mechanical to service our units for several years now and have always been impressed with their promptness and with the professionalism of their office and service staff. On our most recent service call, the service technician, Miguel, was extremely polite and took extra time to investigate the warranty status of our unit (installed by another company). Once our issue was diagnosed, there was no pressuring or upselling and he provided measurements and photos of all his observations. When the best path forward with repair wasn't clear, he gave me his opinion and then consulted also with his supervisor for additional input. He wiped his feet before entering the house and made sure to put the thermostat back to where we wanted it before leaving. Thank you.

I ordered a new kitchen faucet to replace my old leaking one; as well as needing an adjustment to fix a loose bathtub faucet handle. There were several recommendations for plumbers on the Nextdoor Ahwatukee app that I decided to contact. I called the first one and they said they could schedule me for the following week. They quoted a charge for coming to the house, plus a trip fee, plus whatever the labor would be. Based on the prices they were providing me, the cost for the installation was soon going to exceed the cost of the faucet. When I called Sam, he gave me a upfront price for the total job, no hidden fees, trip fee, or extra labor charges. Plus he was able to come out to the house the same day. So I decided to hire Sam and am satisfied with the work completed. His manner was very professional, courteous, and competent. I have already recommended his plumbing skills to a neighbor of mine. I will definitely contact Sam for any future plumbing issues.

We had a wonderful experience with Plumbing & A/C Medic. Our new house's water heater was shot and we needed help ASAP. We called them and they made it a priority to come the next day.
