Best Vent System in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

A/C unit was not working.

This company was called out to fix the heating in my apartment. When I got home from work, I discovered that they had locked my cat in a closet. I have no idea how long she was trapped that dark space without food, water, or litter.

I hope these businessmen spend their last days on this planet in the same way.

Advantage home inspections recommended 911 to conduct an AC inspection for me. Such a value, for peace of mind. If you want good knowledge and trustworthy service then call them. I will be using them for my cooling and plumbing needs. Thank you 911

Bryan came out and did a great job . He had the heat working in just a matter if minutes . He programmed the thermostat and found a defective heat sensor right away.

As i asked he also looked over the system to verify the installation was done correctly by another company. I had some questions about the installation and he was able to explain everything to me.

Receptionist who scheduled the appointment was very nice and professional. The plumber Chase was incredibly helpful and patient with all the small projects we needed done. Quality of work is excellent and prices are fair. We'll definitely be a repeat customer!!!!!

Not great. This interaction was uncomfortable and non-informative. I was happy to pay the $29 service call fee to have the tech leave my house.

I called regarding my water heater pilot light going out a couple times over the past few weeks. There was little to no explanation besides ranting on why my unit and its parts were garbage and falling apart. The prices I was quoted were massively different than the other plumbing services I had come give me some quotes.

I could not recommend this company to anybody based off this “service call.” I was able to get my problem resolved through the manufacturer easily, even though the tech from Cactus told me I wouldn’t be able to, and not even to bother.

Had I been gullible and not willing to get multiple opinions I’d have made an awful decision to go with the recommendations of Cactus Plumbing.

Do yourself a favor and always get multiple opinions.

I have never experienced excellent service as Mr. Rooter plumbing. The problem I was having several times over the past years was fixed and done fantastic. No one In the past Could permanently figure out what the problem was . Oscar did Solve that problem and within hours. .... On the same day I called, which was the first time I called Mr. Ruder Plumbing . They did diagnose and fix the water Issue.

Casey was awesome. He really knows his stuff. I was able to finance and have AC service. I couldn't be happier.

I was told that for $89 a tech would be sent out to give my a diagnosis and quote to repair my Lennox air conditioner that was blowing out hot air.I told them ahead of time that the evaporator coil ruptured and leaked out approximately 9 lbs of refrigerant. but they couldn't give me a ball park guesstimate over the phone.
Tech came, told me it was $89 just to visit my house and that a pinpoint diagnosis to find where the leak is coming from would cost an additional $295 bringing the potential bill to$385.This company is deceptive and I would guess that techs earn a commission to pinpoint where leak is even though Lennox evaporator coils are notorious for breaking and a previous repairman told me the evaporator coil ruptured.If you want to spend $385 for a diagnosis and no price quote, use this people at your own risk.

We have used Kendall Plumbing for both our business and home. They are responsive, professional and priced fairly. They also repair things correctly the first time. highly, highly recommend them!

Multiple.reasons. Loud Machines is main reason and informed they are operable units so they most likely won't be fixed. The two units are only 2 weeks old. Repair man tells me one thing and then tells the install manager another. I have contacted the BBB after being told this.

Really, really, really bad!! Takes them a long time to complete standard repairs. Poor customer service and poor communication from techs and the overall experience was really bad.

Sam and his team is very reliable and responsive. Replaced our A/C in a timely manner and it works great! Very happy with their service

The technician Dave was very polite, accommodating, friendly, precise and quick. Plumbing & A/C Medic was also $40-60 cheaper than the other 3 valley companies I called for an estimate. I would recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing problem.

James Burke came out to fix and replace our wax ring on our toilet, he explained everything in detail gave us upfront pricing, overall very satisfied and would highly recommend Ground Zero plumbing and AC.😀

The air conditioner broke and the temp inside reached 86. Chase was very friendly and professional, and he fixed it quickly and same day.
