My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.
