Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

5 Star Service all the way. Great Company that knows its stuff run by very friendly Professional people. If you want quality work Majesty Plumbing is definitely who you want.

This company was called out to fix the heating in my apartment. When I got home from work, I discovered that they had locked my cat in a closet. I have no idea how long she was trapped that dark space without food, water, or litter.

I hope these businessmen spend their last days on this planet in the same way.

In our personal opinion, we did not feel that this company is very professional and we did not feel like we were treated respectfully. We feel that the situation could have been handled better and that honesty is very important. Please note: this is just our opinion based off of a one time experience.
After our initial review, we received phone calls and a letter from this company and their attorney demanding we take down our review.

Terrible miscommunication between tech and insurance dispatcher. My repair got denied due to the technician not properly adding detail in his notes. Company were no help they were not even wanting to go back in the notes to correct the problem. Even if something is finalized with the wrong Information. as a business you guys should of still reach out to the insurance to let them know the mistake and get this problem resolved. But you guys were no help at all.

I’ve been living in this house since April 2020. I’ve had two plumbing problems, both times my home warranty didn’t help. I called ASPEN in both scenarios and they’re Service was exceptional. Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone that truly will help and not just try to inflate the bill.

We were truly disappointed in the lack of communication from A+ Plumbing tonight. We scheduled an appt. with a man over the phone several weeks ago for 4pm this Monday. At no point did the man inform us that the 4pm time was an approximation. We specifically took several hours off work in order to accommodate the appt time. When 5:15p rolled around, we decided to call A+ Plumbing. The secretary did not know who was supposed to be arriving at our home, nor did she know when he'd be there. She ended up having the owner call me back. I asked the owner when the technician would be arriving and he simply stated that he was on his way, but did not give a time. When I asked if he thought the $75 service fee was fair after we'd already waited, and would be kept waiting, he hotly told me, Well, I'm not giving it to you for free. He then proceeded to have no knowledge of who scheduled my appt time, and he blamed his employee for giving us a set time, not a time range. We can be understanding that other appts run over - all we wanted was the courtesy of a call to let us know our technician would be significantly late. All in all, we did not expect to have a free service. However, some kind of discount would have been appreciated since it was obvious there was a clear miscommunication or poor training on A+'s part. We hoped that the owner especially, would have been more apologetic, and polite in clarifying the practices of his service. We will not be referring any friends or family to this company in the future, and are happy to pay a more reliable, friendly company double the money for their expertise.

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever had. My property management arranged for some plumbing work with this company. I called to make the appt and and was chastised by the customer service rep for not being available at the time she gave me to schedule. Did not even offer any other times. When I stated I was not available at that time, I was reprimanded because they had not been able to reach me. Unbelievable!!! If their work is anything like their customer service DO NOT USE them.
