Called company at 4:45pm to schedule service for hot water heater. Terry from Rooter 4 Less was able to stop by that same day (7:15pm) to diagnose issue with my gas hot water heater.
After determining a new water heater was needed, replacement was scheduled for the very next day. He gave advanced notice of his arrival & was on-site as scheduled. Had water heater up and running in no time. Terry was very professional and polite. Am very pleased with the services Terry @Rooter 4 Less provided & I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

$429 for labor for a $46 dollar part. I found the leak coming from on top of my water heater before work. I turned off the water to stop the leak left for work and called Roto rooter. When the service men came to check the water heater they weren't even competent enough to know I had turned off the water to the heater and told my wife we needed a new water heater!!! Thankfully she had them call me had it not been for that we would've been scammed into buying a new water heater for sure. To their credit they did fix the problem but charged 429 labor on less than 2 hours work and tried to persuade my wife on buying a new water heater without even checking the valve that turns on the water first! Only come here if you don't care about money!

Extremey unprofesional unknowledgable these guys run water lines in cielings without even strapping them down the only reason they get jobs done is because arizona doesnt inspect half their work

Not that it is usually a great thing to NEED a plumber, but when you do, and you know you are going to get quality service given by a professional that truly knows his stuff, then it's a great thing to have someone like Scott in your back pocket for just those occasions!!! We replaced 2 older TRANE systems. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, kept us informed of the process, and left the work areas clean. We compared 5 companies on price for the same units, and PlumbSmart was the best value. They also helped us evaluate the tonnage of the AC Units for our home. We were able to reduce our overall needed capacity by 2 tons. Very happy with our decision. Nicolas is easy to work with. I particularly enjoyed the light, fun banter within the install team. Clearly demonstrates PlumbSmart is a good place to work, which makes it good for customers.

I have never experienced excellent service as Mr. Rooter plumbing. The problem I was having several times over the past years was fixed and done fantastic. No one In the past Could permanently figure out what the problem was . Oscar did Solve that problem and within hours. .... On the same day I called, which was the first time I called Mr. Ruder Plumbing . They did diagnose and fix the water Issue.

Friendly, fast and reasonable

Reliable Rooter was at our home earlier today. We spent $300 for various plumbing needs including the installation of a new dishwasher and a bathroom faucet. The faucet was extremely loose and jiggled when you turned the water on. I was told, “they’re all like that now, and everyone hates it.”
The dishwasher felt like it was going to fall out. They didn’t anchor it, level it to make it stable or install the new hose sitting right on the counter. A different plumber came back this evening and fixed both issues. What a waste of money.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
