Had a tough issue to diagnose. The first tech thought it was fixed, but it continued to leak after he left. The owner personally called and sent someone else to repair it. Then the owner showed up as well. They ended up there until past 10pm and installed a new toilet and new flange. Since the problem did not get solved the 1st go, it was frustrating and ruining our brand new wood floors. Jeff went above and beyond to identify and fix the leak, but also has been involved with the flooring company to make sure that gets repaired properly. Not done with the final details, but Jeff has went as far as telling me there is no bill due. That being said, the toilet was broke, they did end up fixing it and his service was amazing. We'll agree on the $$$ once all is done because they deserve to be paid for their work, but I wish there were more companies like Lawson with owners that were so passionate and legit about making things right.

The attitude I received from your employee was ridiculous. He was courteous, professional, and informative. He explained all the details about my tankless water heater. Absolutely top notch.
