His pricing is fair, we had several bids with some higher and some lower, but he did the job right and right on time! It was excellent value. He was quite helpful to other contractors on the job as well and even corrected a mistake made by someone else.

Waterex Plumbing has been our goto for our plumbing needs. The first time we utilized them was to help with a slab leak. A repair that was going to cost literally $10,000 was solved by a fraction of the cost by using more modern piping solutions. Since then we've used them in kitchen remodels, replacing water heaters, toilets, and installing an outside sink. Everything has been professional and on time.

We have had nothing but AWFUL experiences with this company. The installation of our a/c was completely botched. They brushed it over as a “this has never happened before” and bribed us with a hotel or dinner. We, unfortunately, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They provide maintenance with purchase. BIG mistake inviting them back. Our a/c (that was working perfectly fine) is now broken because they did some upkeep to it. Stay far away from this company.

Our home warranty had Jaimie come and check our masterbathroom shower and tub for odor issue. He was friendly, and kindly checked other areas as well.

They didn’t show up when scheduled. No calls from the business to explain what was going on after waiting 4 hours for the appointment and find out that supposedly the guy never showed up for work. They seem more concerned about the new sales then servicing existing customers.
