He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Company is fantastic. We had a hot water heater issue and called Second Opinion. The owner Paul walked us thru a series of checks. He even had us text photos of the heater. Then he instructed us on several things we could try. We were able to remedy the situation over the phone. He spent 15 minutes on the phone and we wanted to pay something for his time. He declined.
