I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dax was exactly what I was looking for! A small business owner that’s honest, easy to get a hold of, and did a great job replacing a check valve on my sump pump. He answered all my questions and I highly recommend him!

Jimmy Joe was a pleasure to work with! His attention to detail is impeccable, and he did extremely thorough work. I felt that Jimmy put in the time and effort into our house that he would his own, which I feel is so rare these days. I've had great experiences with Frederick & Sons. They've taken care of my A/C for 3 yrs now and even did some plumbing work for us that we were very happy with. I highly recommend Frederick & Sons, but most of all I recommend Edward as your service tech!

They replaced a tank less water heater on a rental of mine but are way over priced. They didn't even breakout the parts vs. labor charges. I will not be using them in the future.

$429 for labor for a $46 dollar part. I found the leak coming from on top of my water heater before work. I turned off the water to stop the leak left for work and called Roto rooter. When the service men came to check the water heater they weren't even competent enough to know I had turned off the water to the heater and told my wife we needed a new water heater!!! Thankfully she had them call me had it not been for that we would've been scammed into buying a new water heater for sure. To their credit they did fix the problem but charged 429 labor on less than 2 hours work and tried to persuade my wife on buying a new water heater without even checking the valve that turns on the water first! Only come here if you don't care about money!

Excellent service and advice from Tim S. during a service call to check on a possible leak from my a/c plumbing into an exterior wall of my house. He called 30 minutes prior to the appointment window to inform me he was inbound, showed up on time, was pleasant, presented a professional appearance in uniform and with the service vehicle. He assessed the situation, tested with two moisture sensors and determined that there was no moisture damage. No charge for the service call. Wow. The past two times I had plumbers out when I had a H/O warranty I had to pay a charge for the service call/diagnosis. A great customer service experience that will lead me to use Pheld as my plumbing services provider in future.
