We had a sewer leak in our kitchen island and were initially quoted $14k just for the plumbing, (from a one of the best reviewed companies in the valley, don't trust it, get quotes) so we decided to get a second opinion from Kyle and he suggested a more conservative start to figure out the problem, jetted our sewer line and no crack was visible/detected, meaning it just backed out of our clean out. Also meaning, my lack of knowledge was being preyed upon by the other company... Kyle was helpful, professional, quick to respond, most importantly embodied the old school idea that if you take care of your customers, they will take care of you. Don't hesitate, get their second opinion. The $14k quote ended up being $700 (after he discounted by $100 for being done early) and no cutting my slab for no good reason. Still reeling from this outcome, and extremely grateful for Second Opinion and Kyle. It was a Christmas miracle for our family

I have never experienced excellent service as Mr. Rooter plumbing. The problem I was having several times over the past years was fixed and done fantastic. No one In the past Could permanently figure out what the problem was . Oscar did Solve that problem and within hours. .... On the same day I called, which was the first time I called Mr. Ruder Plumbing . They did diagnose and fix the water Issue.

I had No Worries Rooter LLC business card for over a year. I had a problem with 2 of my sinks and decided to use the card. WOW was I glad I did. He explained everything that was needed to be done and did it quickly. Owner operator Joe, was enthusiastic in explaining the process and it made me feel confident that the job would be done correctly (and it was). His integrity is shown in his work and what a professional individual. I will definitely use No Worries Rooter LLC again, for sure.

I called Superstition Plumbing on Sunday night and much to my surprise I got an immediate call back from the owner Roy, who helped me through some initial diagnostics. They had a technician come first thing next morning. Justin was very professional and found the problem and fixed it. Price was very reasonable. Most highly recommended.

I have a big tree growing over my main sewer drain and roots kept clogging it. Jerry and Robert replaced the drain line, going around the tree. Dug a 6-foot trench. Job took 2 days, and you can hardly see where they dug. Good price for a big job.

Had posted previous reviews on how pleased I was with this service. That changed after I had to have them come out 3 separate times for same issue through warranty co now that I no longer have the policy and problem was not fixed it will be out of pocket expense. Will not use this company for the repair.

I would give less than 1 star if I could!
I had my appointment for weeks and they canceled .I called back and the tec went home and is on vacation for all next week. And no one has his number. I have used this company a lot and they have put me in a terrible spot because the employee wanted to start his vacation early! Use another company you can count on.
