First, their customer service from the very first time I called their office to when their plumbers came out was excellent. They answered all my questions, kept me updated on ETAs and what was going on, and their prices are very affordable. They installed a new 50-gal gas water heater the same day I called to get a quote. It ended up being $950 flat (no additional fees, costs, or extras like you typically see. What they quoted me the first time was the true out the door price). They were prompt, professional, and fast. I'm so happy I found them because I called 3 other popular plumbing companies and would've been overcharged for the same service.

Greg was awesome. So knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly diagnosed our problem with our dishwasher and advised us on next steps. He squeezed me in same day I called. Bought a water heater through Home Depot, which is contracted with this company. They charged me $1,000 to install a water heater!! Not only did it take less than an hour (so $1,000/45min), but the installer was not personable at all! When I called to get more info and voice my displeasure with the cost, I was basically told too bad so sad.

I’ve used them twice in the last two weeks. First crew came out to find a leak that ended up being behind my fridge from the RO line.Paul and Trent were professional and efficient. Some plumbers may have just repaired the line, but they replaced it with a sturdier material.The second visit was today to repair a leaking pipe valve after the kitchen demolition. I have an older home and was concerned that the old pipes might not tolerate just a repair.Chris was the plumber who came out today. He put my mind to ease as he’s had a long career in plumbing and still possesses a passion for his trade.Gold Stars prices are fair and they don’t try to over sell. A repair that was going to cost literally $10,000 was solved by a fraction of the cost by using more modern piping solutions. Since then we've used them in kitchen remodels, replacing water heaters, toilets, and installing an outside sink. Everything has been professional and on time.

I would highly recommend their service. They came out to do a drain inspection because the tree in our front year had busted the main sewer line. I didn't even know this was possible. Michael was terrific. Had a problem mid-evening, in the dark and cold, and he was ready to fix it. Instead, we told him to come back in the morning, when it was light, and (hopefully) warmer weather. He then worked with a neighbor to access her water line overnight, so that we had a continuous supply of water until morning. He came back early the next morning and explained every step of repair and did an efficient and excellent job for us. Extremely professional. Would definitely use him again.

I would not use any other plumbing service. When you find the best keep them as I did. The grass is often brown. They are competitive in pricing. They alway show up.
