Best Phoenix Water Heater Replacement in Gilbert AZ

Save yourself the $99 dollar inspection. I have two air conditioners, two heat pumps. Turns out when my house was inspected “everything in working order”. Except the heat pump upstairs never worked. It never could have because the control panel chip was bypassed. Well hell, I could’ve looked out my window and declared the same thing. That’ll be $99 dollars, please.
I had Robert for both jobs. They must send him when they don’t like a certain address or something. Not very friendly or a people-person. When I brought this up to the home inspector, he said “Yeah I’ve worked with Robert a few times. He’s always like that.” Okay then.
I like to think of myself as a nice person, so not too sure what I did to deserve him as my service person both times. I said he mentioned during the inspection that there was some deal. He shows up and immediately says “no, I never said that. I would never say that.” Alrighty then. Then eventually says “oh yeah there is a deal with the cleaning air conditioner where you get a pound of frion for free.”
4 stars. He spent over 7 hours at my house and it was only 400 dollars. Worked incredibly hard and I would use them again, but I’d ask for “not Robert” next time.

We have called on this company before for some issues we had in a home in Gilbert I can tell you all this the owner Steve is a great guy and a great plumber.

Kyle was great. Knew exactly what to do with my bathroom water and drain lines in order accommodate our new master vanity. Job was done fast and right. Vanity went in the next morning and fit like a glove!

Cure All plumbing fixed/replaced our Bradford white and they did a pretty good job. Very responsive- I called them @ 9 pm and they had the water heater replaced by next morning with a very reasonable price as well

We’re new homeowners and just moved in a week ago. All the drains in the house including tubs and showers were slow to drain. I called on Saturday and was scheduled for Monday morning between 8am-10am. The woman I spoke with was patient, quick and kind.

I was expecting it to be closer to 10am and around 8:15am I received a text that Technician Mark was on his way. They were prompt, communicated clearly and have explained the different pricing options for the appropriate action.

At the end Mark explained preventative treatment options to prevent the drain from clogging. Explained the 30 day warranty.

Overall great service. Fair pricing. I appreciate a family owned business!

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Brandon went out of his way to help me with my water heater repair even though Premier didn’t do the initial installation. He is very friendly and professional and I’ll definitely be calling them with any plumbing needs in the future!

Our home warranty service assigned our case to this company because they saw that this company is supposed to be open 24HRS 7days a week BUT upon calling to why we have not gotten any response after claim was submitted, we found out that they are not open on Weekends nor open 24hrs it seems. Update!! Claim order was an emergency but we never gotten an call regarding the ticket. Called Landmark to notify the situation
