Best New Water Softener in Gilbert AZ

Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. He made the process very easy and quick. Thank you again! Much appreciated!

Office Staff was friendly and responsive, plumber was on time and completed the needed work in a very timely fashion, plus he was knowledgeable and picked up after himself. A very positive experience, my first time using this company I will definitely be back when issues arise and will refer them to friends and family alike!

We were truly disappointed in the lack of communication from A+ Plumbing tonight. We scheduled an appt. with a man over the phone several weeks ago for 4pm this Monday. At no point did the man inform us that the 4pm time was an approximation. We specifically took several hours off work in order to accommodate the appt time. When 5:15p rolled around, we decided to call A+ Plumbing. The secretary did not know who was supposed to be arriving at our home, nor did she know when he'd be there. She ended up having the owner call me back. I asked the owner when the technician would be arriving and he simply stated that he was on his way, but did not give a time. When I asked if he thought the $75 service fee was fair after we'd already waited, and would be kept waiting, he hotly told me, Well, I'm not giving it to you for free. He then proceeded to have no knowledge of who scheduled my appt time, and he blamed his employee for giving us a set time, not a time range. We can be understanding that other appts run over - all we wanted was the courtesy of a call to let us know our technician would be significantly late. All in all, we did not expect to have a free service. However, some kind of discount would have been appreciated since it was obvious there was a clear miscommunication or poor training on A+'s part. We hoped that the owner especially, would have been more apologetic, and polite in clarifying the practices of his service. We will not be referring any friends or family to this company in the future, and are happy to pay a more reliable, friendly company double the money for their expertise.

Used Diggers once before, that experience was good. Wish I could say the same for the second time we tried to use their services. Made an appt. with Joe, which was both verbal and by text and it had it be reshedule
On the day of because he took another job over my appt. Came the following day and looked over the job, (leaking tub faucet) said he would come the next day to fix it and we never heard from him. Very Unprofessional !

5+++ stars. Excellent service. I called them 1st, then cancelled because I found a cheaper price (Reddi Services). The person who came out did not want to go onto the roof, started naming different prices to do the service (than the one quoted), Very unprofessional. I sent him on his way and called back PlumbSmart. They sent someone out (from Mesa to Glendale) the next day. I think his name was Mike. Oh my gosh, very professional, polite and a hard worker, went the extra mile. Had no problem pulling out his ladder and getting on the roof. He did an amazing job. I will call them back for whenever my air conditioner needs service. I will recommend and I will even try them for any plumbing issues that may arise. Good going PlumbSmart. Its hard to find such quality HONEST service these days, it seems.
