Hands down best plumbing company in Az! Our water heater died and was leaking all over our garage, they showed up within a couple hours very prepared to fix our problem with amazing customer service. I have faith in this company's professional advice and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything unnecessary towards the repair. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Amazing! We've used Phend Plumbing for several things. Recently we needed a new water heater. They replaced it quickly and efficiently. Our water main burst earlier this year. Had it fixed the next day. They've replaced faucets and our garbage disposal. We highly recommend them.

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

My fiancé and I bought a flip and we discovered a problem with one of the toilets almost immediately. 911 was able to schedule us for service the following day and Brandon really went above and beyond to help us. After discovering the problem with the toilet, he reinstalled it and checked to see if our other toilet had the same problem—it did. He reinstalled that one and put in our garbage disposal. Had a plumbing backup and the company quoted a price before they came out. They stuck with their price and walked me thru what they were doing and explained everything in detail. They were very professional. They scoped out the problem with a camera and provided it's contents the same day.

It's rare to find a company that genuinely listens to their customers, but this one does. They addressed my concerns with patience and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work.

I have worked with Joe on several jobs...small jobs such as replacing new fixtures, and large jobs, replacing old sewer main lines, in the yard and under concrete. I have never experienced excellent service as Mr. Rooter plumbing. The problem I was having several times over the past years was fixed and done fantastic. No one In the past Could permanently figure out what the problem was . Oscar did Solve that problem and within hours. .... On the same day I called, which was the first time I called Mr. Ruder Plumbing . They did diagnose and fix the water Issue.

Jessie has called ahead and set good expectations prior to the appointment since we had considered using home warranty. He arrived in a timely manner, quickly fixed my problem and took time to educate us on how to properly maintain our plumbing. Very happy with the service and will definitely use again in the future.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
