Jimmy Joe's Plumbing has done work for me on multiple occasions over the last few years on multiple properties. They always give a fair competitive price and they do quality work. We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.

Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.

A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.

So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

Frank changed all of our Reverse Osmosis filters, replaced the water heater anode rod and flushed the water heater. I will comment on the Anode rod replacement. 3 years ago the anode rod was replaced for $256.00, today it cost $360.00. Checking it was included. Has the cost went up that much?

American home shield sent out AM/PM plumbing is such a horrible company, (I actually have hired a lawyer too go after them, if anyone would like to add their experiences please contact me I also have cameras in my garage with audio which has saved me me regarding my water heater, & have the company they originally sent out drylux for pedestal damage & AM/PMs tech, the drylux employee told me that the water heater definitely went out & needed to be replaced as it’s from 2007, AM/PM sent them out saying that they needed to come out first to check for water damage before they could install water heater, Drylux employee said they would need to drain the water heater & disconnect & remove to do the pedestal underneath, which I had done, the next day the am/pm employee came & saw the water heater on the ground & said it definitely needs to be replaced & said they won’t cover it though because it’s been uninstalled & they can’t diagnose, however they were the ones that said I had to disconnect for further damage & for pedestal. Summit plumbing came out Confirmed it wasn’t working & they said they would replace then they lied to to American home shield even though I have it on camera If you look on BBB they are getting destroyed for same issues. Needless to say American home shield wouldn’t cover it because it needed to be reinstalled, so I just ended up buying one myself & had a company put in stay away from this company

Lisa and I have had such a positive experience with Scott Epps and his team at 911. From the first time we called to the last call out this week they have shown that they care and will be there to help. Fair, honest and great workmanship every time! Thanks 911!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
