I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.

Seth the plumber was polite and solved the issue quickly. Mike, the restoration guy has been very helpful in getting our drywall and cabinets pulled out and drying everything as well as keeping is informed about what is going on. The only negative was that roto rooter told me the plumber would be at my house by 10:30 pm, and they didnt show up until 9 am the following day.

No one wants to have to call a plumber when something goes down the toilet that shouldn't. I am so glad we called A Plus Plumbing! Allen was at our house within a hour of my call and the work was completed quickly. He was polite, professional and didn't leave a mess. The charges were very reasonable considering it was an emergency.

Our bathroom tub upstairs had a faucet that would not turn off and was running full blast. We had to turn the water off to the whole house in order for it to stop. Our property manager was unaware that they offered 24 hr service and sent them our work order after hours via email. Of course I was livid when I looked the company up online and called to find out not only were they open, but that they would have came out that night had they recieved the work order by phone as they do not view emails after hours.
Scott who was on call, called me right away even though he couldn't help me. He was kind and professional.
First thing on the morning today, someone called me and stated they couldn't come out till the afternoon. Well... We have 8 ppl in our house. 5 who are children and 3 of those are teen boys who need to BATHE! I am also pregnant. Long story short.... We needed our water turned back on asap. She called me back less than 20 mins later and said a plumber was on his way.

The gentleman whose name I did not catch was very professional. He was thorough and quick.

I had a great experience working with Gold Star Plumbing. Cody was beyond knowledgeable on every question I had. He not only helped figure out the original issue we had (the disposal) but helped with my washer, a leak in my garage and replacing a lot of parts in my wall that I know nothing about, as well as making recommendations on my water heater setup. Awful, they were dispatched 3 times by the landlord to clear a sewer pump. For three weeks they left sewer remains in my back yard that I as a renter had to clean up after and left an open sewer line for three weeks. It was upon the threat of the city inspector that they came out and closed the sewer line and snaked the correct plumbing line. The refused to provide an invoice and upon a formal complaint made to the city a bill appeared outlining the following message: 7/08 Snaked main from cleanout (which they did not, they left the sewer line open on the RV dump line) completely false statement and added they removed baby wipes and tampons. Which they left in the open and never cleaned up after. 07/13 They snaked the main line. Horribly unprofessional.

Awesome as usually. The only plumber I use now. So professionally and always explains what’s happening. Just had low water pressure on my shower. Fixed it fast!!! Thank you Brandon!!
