Best Install Thermostat in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used 911 Heating and Cooling three times. Aside from everything else, they gave me the impression they really cared about my house. And they were extremely neat and careful.

Recently we had some water damage in our vacation rental. We live in Chicago and long distance the clog was fixed by Aspen Plumbing very quickly.
Chris Deschamps worked with them to coordinate the dry out. His step by step follow through to walk me the process of dry out was done long-distance and coordinated with a friend staying in our property was very helpful until I was able to fly in. While I had limited time in Scottsdale, Chris made it a tough time much easier by working with the insurance co. and me to get our place fixed in a timely manner. His service was outstanding!

I was made aware of the appointment and timing of arrival every step of the way with the mobile alerts. The technician Ty showed up on time and patiently and respectfully answered all of our questions. The repair and installation was done well with no mess left behind. He tested the system thoroughly and extensively to make sure everything was working. I would recommend Thomas Home Services to others.

Mason Mechanical responded promptly to our service call after one of our A/C units stopped working, and set us up for the repair the same day. They also kept us apprised of the tech's schedule throughout the day. The repair itself (by Jim E) was perfectly diagnosed, and the unit is now working properly.

Once again had leslie out today for our annual maintenance. The office notified me she was on her way and she arrived within 20 minutes. She was very efficient and professional in completing equipment checks and secured everything we needed while I sat in my la-z-boy. Definitely continue using them.

Recently we had Plumbing and A/C Medic install a Hot Water Heater and a Water Treatment System. The representative we work with was Frank. The whole experience was great. We had dealt with Frank a couple years ago and found him not only knowledge but a great listener willing to share options. We discussed several possibilities for Water conditioning and he was helpful in giving us the pros and cons. Having gotten several other bids we knew the price was outstanding. Maybe the best assurance going to Plumbing & A/C Medic was that Frank will do a follow up in 3 months to see that everything is working correctly. In conclusion we now have two exceptional experiences with a both Plumbing & A/C Medic and Frank

Hanson Family Plumbing is my go-to dependable, knowledgeable, friendly plumber! They have done a lot at my old house: installed a new water heater, installed a new sump pump, unclogged many drains, installed a faucet (not a job we could do because the old faucet had to be sawed off) and many things I've forgotten. We end up needing them about once or twice a year and they always do a great job!

Mike K was the one who came out to fix our plumbing issues and he did an awesome job. I would recommend him anytime. He was very nice and personable. He explained what he was doing and handled himself well.

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. My A/C stopped blowing cold air on a hot Monday night in June. They sent a tech out on Tuesday who figured out it was the blower motor and on Wednesday they had obtained a replacement and installed it. Good prompt work and no issues getting my warranty fulfilled. Only issue was that on Monday night the on-call tech never picked up the phone even though I called several times. Glad to have cold air again though.
