We found some water spots on our ceiling and we decided to have water leak detection service as precautions. We hired Plumbing Bear as per their ratings and reviews and i must say they were truly professionals and kind. They arrived on same day of our call and they had all the necessary equipment in their van. They inspected whole house and found all the leaks and started repairing it. They completed the whole work in two and a half day.Thank you guys for great job.

We had a leak in a water pipe that unfortunately went unnoticed. By the time we found the problem it was too late. The water had already rotted out the floor in our laundry room. Needless to say we were freaking out. We called our home warranty company and Shane arrived at our door the next day. He was a sight for sore eyes. He could tell we were stressed to our limits so he just calmly took over and did what needed to be done. He contacted everyone needed to start the process of repairing the extensive damage and to put our house back to where it was before. We were very impressed with Shane. His calm demeanor and warm disposition make him a wonderful asset to his company. Arid Valley Plumbing is lucky to have Shane as an employee and we we’re lucky and fortunate to have him come to our rescue. Thank you Shane. I have never experienced excellent service as Mr. Rooter plumbing. The problem I was having several times over the past years was fixed and done fantastic. No one In the past Could permanently figure out what the problem was . Oscar did Solve that problem and within hours. .... On the same day I called, which was the first time I called Mr. Ruder Plumbing . They did diagnose and fix the water Issue.
