Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!

Technician arrived within the scheduled 2 hour time window. After diagnosing the issue, he provided an estimate. After I agreed to it, he did the repair. Job properly done. There was even a follow-up call from the office to check that everything went well. Recommended.

I have never experienced excellent service as Mr. Rooter plumbing. The problem I was having several times over the past years was fixed and done fantastic. No one In the past Could permanently figure out what the problem was . Oscar did Solve that problem and within hours. .... Our water heater decided to leak today, so I decided to replace it myself. Bought a new unit and tried to install it. Everything was going OK up until I turned the water back on. It started leaking and instead of going back and forth to get more parts I called No Worries. They came out in about an hour and Joe got everything fixed. Found my bathtub faucet leaking (pretty badly) after work. Called Beach Plumbing after seeing such high reviews and checking out their website. Called and spoke with Mike immediately. He advised me to send him pictures of the leak and brand of faucet so he could better help. He called back promptly and said he would be out in two hours to get it fixed. He called back less than an hour later and was able to help right away. Within an hour he was able to fix the leak! Mike is such a nice man, extremely fair with his pricing, and tells you the truth! I would definitely recommend Beach Plumbing to anyone!

Plumbing can feel like a nightmare. I tried hard to fix the problem myself. Even rented a drain snake from the home depot but failed to clear up the problem. Called Cure All. Great decision! They are equipped to handle anything. They have specialty tools that turn plumbing into a known science instead of a guessing game fraught with stress. They'll be my first call the moment any plumbing issues arise in the future!

Service was very quick to respond (less than an hour) and problem was quickly resolved. Service charge of $100 was considered reasonable for quick response on a holiday weekend. Problem is not totally resolved, but we are in contact with our home owners insurance claims rep.

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure.
