Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

Terry and his company came out to my vacation home very promptly and installed a new water heater. Before I knew it he had already installed it! Looked great and very professional. He also explained to me how it works and gave me some pointers. He went above and beyond his duty. Would highly recommend his company anytime, as I will be using him for all my plumbing needs. Correction: There is a known issue with this particular model and it should have been under warranty to fix.
Dave from Travis & Sons came out and got it going again. I didn’t watch him work but he explained to both me and my husband (on the phone) how he did it.
My husband is a mechanic and later questioned Dave’s explanation of his fix. So my husband called Rheem and Rheem told him that if that was his “fix” then there is definitely something wrong with the water heater.
My husband phoned Travis & Sons and spoke with both Marcy and Matt, the owners. After several phone calls, always prompted from us, they are telling us that Dave is giving them a different story about the fix and that someone is lying and they seem to think it’s us, the customer.
We were treated very unprofessionally by the owners and employee. I can tell you we will never do business with them again. And we will encourage others to avoid them as well.

Just came home from vacation to find the toilet still leaking after getting a very expensive toilet overhaul and having them come back for a second time. On the plus side, they were timely and courteous. Getting a second opinion about the work done.

SECOND OPINION PLUMBING replaced a water heater. They were professional, and focused on the quality of their work. No games. Their service was timely and they had a good work ethic. I then hired them to replace a bad water softener, which they did the following day, in the same timely manor. I will call this company the next time I need a plumber.
