A friend referred me to the Dukes of Air. Very glad he did. Very thorough, very professional from estimate(Monty) to install. The crew of Brandon, Damian, Danny, Devohn & Edgar were great! Highly recommend the Dukes!

I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.

I have personally used and refer Jimmy Joe to friends and clients. I have never met a plumber who puts booties on before he comes into your home (on time too)! Very professional, honest, punctual, knowledgeable and affordable. I HIGHLY recommend!

I called them today because I had a few questions and the owner was fairly rude. I would expect a lot more from an owner. I could not believe it. I will not be recommending them to anyone anymore.

Frank and his assistant found the leak in the bidet seat filter. Cleaned the filter and reinstalled. They checked for leaks and reasembled. They were very prompt and professional and explained clearly what they found and how they handled the repair.

I would give this company a zero if I could. No show, no call, on an emergency appointment. Poor customer service and wouldn't accept responsibility or a fix to the issue. Completely unprofessional.

Not that it is usually a great thing to NEED a plumber, but when you do, and you know you are going to get quality service given by a professional that truly knows his stuff, then it's a great thing to have someone like Scott in your back pocket for just those occasions!!! Riley and the rest of his team are amazing! I’m an insurance agent with many clients and it’s so nice to have someone that I can refer to that I know will be timely trustworthy and does a good job. I would recommend Arid Valley to anyone. I also like that the owner has experience in restoration work so he can advise on that if water damages a home. I am so happy to have finally found a great plumber.

Charles was awesome. Very prompt and diagnosed the issue quickly. Since ut was a very simple fix he was able to perform the repair with no charge and showed me how to address it should it occur again. I will be using them go forward for any plumbing needs. No trip charge or service fee is a huge bonus to boot. Strong reccommdation.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
