Mr Garrett came with his team Bob and Logan this morning. They took care of my problems very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable too! Definitely using them for any of my future plumbing needs. If you are looking at this review, most likely you are looking for a plumber, you should call them now!

The first time he put in my new faucets, everything went well. Five months later I had granite counter tops installed and needed JimmyJoe to come out and install the faucets again. I had out of town guests arriving and so it was important to get this done on time. I scheduled, he was suppose to come at 1:30, by three I called him. He apologized, explained really busy that day but would come late afternoon, evening for sure. He called around five asking what parts I might need, was still coming. Finally at 7:00 I called him. Apologized again, I asked if he could do it first thing in the morning. Said he would check his schedule and call me right back. He called right back, was grateful and promised to be here at 6-6:30 in the morning. Finally at 9:00 I called him. Of course this time he wouldn't even answer the phone. Shower had a leak due to the sharkbite fitting. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. The issue came at a bad time and with Covid it was nice he was able to come out and fix the leak right away.

We had AV Plumbing come out due to a big leak in our kitchen. Dan was able to repair a broken pipe, then returned on another day to clean the drain pipe out. He was super nice and explained the process of what is covered by the home warranty and what wasn't.
Then I noticed the sink was still leaking in another spot, so I had my warranty company call AV again. Chris came out and fixed our two angle stops. He was also very nice and we appreciate the help! We will be sure to keep AV Plumbing as our favorite contact should we need em :)

Mike was honest and straight to the point about the repairs. He made the process painless and provided pictures as they did the work. After the work, they put my front yard back like nothing had ever happened. I'll definitely be using him again if I ever need anything done.

Robert Keyes from Mammoth the service technician check everything pertaining to and connected to the air condition. He was very professional and tracing down the problem and repaired it. Took his time to make sure everything was in working order before leaving. He even took the time to explain the problem and the repairs that was done. This is the kind of Technicians and service people really need and appreciate. For Robert you only have 5 stars, I give him 5 additional ones.

Run don't walk to book somewhere else especially if you're an elderly woman, minority (native), veteran cause I am sure a man would not be mistreated and called a liar by Home Depot customer service.
Home Depot booked me with Delta Mechanical.
Saturday
1. I made it clear I did not have any water. Delta Mechanical said I was lucky cause I got the Last appointment on Saturday at 2pm.
2. This is to confirm our service appointment with you for 09/26/2020. Our technician is scheduled to be at your service location between 02:00 pm and 06:00 pm. Tamaka Perez

Thank you Donna (no last was given cause she refused)
Donna scheduled an appointment for 10am Monday
Donna said she forwarded my complaints to her supervisor.
1. Donna said Tamaka Perez double booked the technician cause they had been booked since 8am on Saturday all day
2 Donna said that she made an appointments with Videl who is a more reliable than the other tech been with the company for 18 years
3. Donna said she is going to forward my complaints to supervisor but if the supervisor doesn't respond the close at 6pm so call back
4. Donna said supervisor has many complaints to respond to and may not be reliable to make a return phone call addressing my concerns
5. I said i would have checked else where but was told by Tamaka Perez I got the last appointment at 2pm on Saturday.
6. Customer service answered the phone and looked at my order and was dumb founded and said they were transferring me to Tamaka Perez but just transferred me back to the que which went to voice mail.
7 i should get at least a $250 discount.
a. My service is no longer an emergency its on a regular work day
b. I had to go with no water for 3 days
c. I just had wrist surgery on Thursday
d. I had to walk next door with buckets to get water from the outside faucet so i could wash my face, brush my teeth, wash dishes, and flush toilet.
Monday- Conversation with Luis, Shamika (spelling) and Antonio from Home Depot
1. I told Luis that I wanted to file a complaint cause Delta Mechanical the company that partners with home depot to install water heaters did not show up for the appointment on Saturday.
2. Luis took the work order # and PO#, checked with Shamika in installations and told me i never made an appointment to have a water heater installed through home depot and said he could not help me. Basically calling me a liar
3. I asked for a supervisor cause i could not understand how home depot refers you to a company and them washes their hands if you have a bad experience.
4. i was transferred to Antonio who is not a SUPERVISOR who said all they could do is send a compliant to Delta Mechanical.
Antonio said I needed to deal with Delta Mechanical for any consideration.

We moved into our house four years ago and they came out and did a couple of small jobs. The man who came did a great job and did more than was required. This past March we had a leak in the attic and they did a great job fixing the problem. We have had them two more times and had the same young man do the work. He is honest and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
