I used them twice so far. Once for a bath room problem and now for a heater problem. In both cases, they did a great job. Scott is always reachable and will do everything to satisfy my need as a customer. I would recommend them to anybody.

We purchased two new units from new ac.com and Farnsworth Heating and Cooling did the install. Two crews arrived on time and completed the install on two split systems with total precision and quality. Will use them again and refer them needing HVAC work. Very impressed!!

I found this company on Facebook by asking for good honest workers. The owner was amazing! He was able to send a tech to my house so quickly. Devin the tech took his time to explain my water softener/ filter system and answered all my questions. The unit was here when we bought the house so I didn’t know anything about it. He gave me a two quotes. One to fix and one to replace my units. There was no pressure which was very refreshing. I’ll be honest, we have not agreed to the work yet because we are still deciding what we want to do.They are not giving a discount or a kickback to review their company. However, I am a big believer in applauding good work because it hard to find.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any company. First of all my time slot was 7am-1pm, he showed up at 4pm. This old man HVAC tech named Mark started the conversation by complaining about it being “140 degrees” in the attic (no $&it Mark, it’s summer in Phoenix and you picked this profession, not me), and clearly hates his job and did not want to do his job. Came up with a bogus estimate of $400 to change a fuse, and had the nerve to say it was so expensive because again “it’s so hot in the attic”…. I’m assuming he knew I would never agree to that so I questioned him about it and while I was on the phone with customer service he stormed out of my house like a little baby and just took off. Customer service then tells me “sorry we can have someone else come out in 4 days.” Leaving me in a 100 degree house in the middle of summer with a newborn baby, a 2 year old, and 3 animals. Do not give this horrible excuse for a company your business. They, and especially the cry baby Mark, put my entire family at risk. Luckily I was able to get it fixed by an honest company, for, you guessed it, $150.

We have used Right Now Plumbing for multiple services, including installation of a central air conditioning system and water heater repair. Every time they have been professional, communicative, prompt, competitively priced and very thorough. We definitely recommend them for all of you plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Five stars out of five for sure.

The young man called ahead to notify the time of his arrival. He arrived on time. After showing him our drain problem he examined the area and explained what he was about to do. He showed me what he was doing along with explanation as to why. When he completed eliminating the clog, he showed me the debris that caused the problem and offered suggestions to prevent it from happening again. He was personable and professional throughout the entire time. We were very pleased with both him and the results.

I recently had them out at one of my investment properties in Scottsdale and they were really quick and really easy to work with. I will be using them for future properties that we have.
