Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

I called and requested a drain cleaning on 10/10/22 (There was a coupon for a $77 drain cleaning) and the technician (Alfredo Ramirez) showed up in a timely manner, but that's the only thing that went well. He didn't touch my drains at all, just opened my sewer clean out, looked in it, and said I needed a $2500 hydro-jetting. I asked him if he was going to clean the drains and he said there was no point because it wouldn't work on the level of build up in my pipes. He then charged me the $77.00 even though he didn't do anything. The next day I bought a $3 hair removal tool from Wal-Mart and got my drains flowing again. A local plumber just came to my house this morning (10/12/22) and said he didn't need to do anything, I had done a good enough job, and we can call him if the drains get slow again and he will snake them for $100.00 per drain. The technician didn't do what he charged me for and attempted to pressure me into an expensive service I didn't need, I will warn everyone I talk to about this company.

Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

My toilet had developed a mysterious leak, and I took the opportunity to replace the toilet and a faucet that I also disliked. I looked for plumbers on Nextdoor, Google, and Yelp - Summit's name kept popping up with positive reviews. I will add mine: Thomas came out and completed the work professionally and quickly. He made sure that I understood what he was working on, and cleaned up after himself, and followed up with me before leaving. Summit's pricing was competitive and fair. I will be calling them should I need any work done in the future.

My fiancé and I bought a flip and we discovered a problem with one of the toilets almost immediately. 911 was able to schedule us for service the following day and Brandon really went above and beyond to help us. After discovering the problem with the toilet, he reinstalled it and checked to see if our other toilet had the same problem—it did. He reinstalled that one and put in our garbage disposal. I have been trying to get a hold of Joe to get a quote on service they said I needed. I have a warranty, and I'm guessing they don't want to do work they don't get paid for because I can't get them to return my calls. I paid extra (a lot) for the labor warranty. Feeling very frustrated.
