Best HVAC Thermostat Installation in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used PlumbSmart for the last 3 years for our plumbing and AC issues. Every time I call, meet someone or ask them to work odd hours to work around my schedule they are happily there. I’ve used the Professors of Plumbing for a hot water heater install, valve replacement for my faucet that connects to my washing machine and fixing one of my toilets. They do a good job and are competitively priced.

Leslie came out to do my yearly maintenance on my A/C... she was wonderfully attentive and even did a water heater flush for me.. I am so impressed with Precision as well as the technicians that I have interacted with to date.I believe the company’s personality is to be honest, caring, integrity keepers.I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Really, really, really bad!! Takes them a long time to complete standard repairs. Poor customer service and poor communication from techs and the overall experience was really bad.

Sam came out to replace our pedestal sink with a new vanity/sink and faucet. He was responsive, on time and professional. He was by far the best price, and I did my research. I am so glad I found him as I will be using him for any plumbing/air needs going forward and referring friends and family. He did the job, cleaned up and truly had our best interest at heart. He is a breath of fresh air as I’ve had the opposite experience more often than not when dealing with a contractor. Thank you so much Sam!

I give Ground Zero the highest mark. I had two experiences with this company. First we had an aircondition problem. At least 4 AC companies looked at it and they could not figure out how to fix it. The Ground Zero tech was able to diagnose it on the first visit and they fixed it in no time. I was so impressed that I called them when we had a major leak under the kitchen floor. Again, Ground Zero crew came, found the leak and fixed it expeditiously. I have several rental properties and need quick responses when problems come up. Ground Zero is now on my speed dial!

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! A blessing un In summer for sure. We have been very happy with the service and people at AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC. Thank you!!
