A small leak turned into a almost $6,000 bill. The price quoted to us knocked us back as a huge surprise. I wish we we're worked with more as far as discounts for perhaps paying the bill in full or maybe a first time customer deal, but no love there unfortunately.Was told this expensive process came with some sort of warranty. If I'm paying this much I want to make sure it's covered in case something goes wrong. After I paid my invoice there wasn't any line items for any warranty with any time frames, what's covered, dollar amounts, etc. Called and requested info and was told we'd receive an email with warranty info at noon that day. Never happened.Kind of disappointed, hoped for more support in regards to the experience when shelling out so much money.

There is no point in calling any other plumbing company. They were able to quickly and efficiently solve a problem that we had been dealing with for a year. I wish I had called them sooner. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and made short work of the job.
