I just moved to the Desert and had no acknowledgment on where to get the proper A.C services , I was hot and anxious, I knew I needed to have my A.C unit , replaced. I asked a neighbor about A.C services and they recommended the , Thomas Company. I had the most pleasant experience ever. It started with the call I made . Office gal wasSo sweet and Pleasant. Worked me in as soon as possible to be honest it was less than an hour she called me back with a time and that was within 30 minutes the guys were here. Then Alex was very polite did what he could .He Unplug my drains and gave me a quote with the discount to go from the front of the house out to the street. I’m up and running again and the cost was unbelievably so reasonable I would recommend these people to everyone I know.
