There was an outside leak that had been connected to a sprinkling system. Over the years due to the heat the system no longer worked and consequently the leak became a problem. Michael from PlumbSmart evaluated the situation and I followed his recommendation. It was fantastic to get the problem solved quickly and professionally.

Spent $18,000 on a new unit and three month in it broke down. Tech told me that there is a known defect with this Goodman unit and replaced the capacitor. Why would this have been installed on my house with a know defect? Very deceptive in light of the money I spent with precision. Tech that came out was amazing and came out same day. Service he provided was great. Kudos to him.

Charlie did a great job converting my heating system from oil to gas. We used a kit that I purchased directly from the manufacturer and even though they sent the wrong part, Charlie found a way to keep everything running until the correct part arrived. We could not have been happier with the overall service.

Kyle the young Plumber for Plumbing & A/C Medic was professional and took added time to repair the leak in my Copper water line to my Hot Water Heater. He could have simply re-soldered the connection , but actually removed and replaced the entire joint with new material. It was a pleasure to see this type of professionalism in a service company.
