Absolutely amazing experience. The condenser in my AC went out and I called the first company I saw on Craigslist. Turns out it was PlumbSmart. The guy that answered the phone was very nice and booked the service call, followed by a text reminder. The tech texted when he was on his way. He was very professional and diagnosed/repaired the AC unit quickly. When he finished, he texted me pictures of the old condenser, the new one in the box, and the new one installed. He did not even hint at any sort of upsell. He just fixed what was wrong and charged a very reasonable price. I was blown away. Before retiring, I was a contractor for 20 years. I have never dealt with a sub that I was so impressed with. Every step was courteous, professional and HONEST. I highly recommend PlumbSmart.

Having heating problems, I called my 'go to service' to come and investigate. A Mick Cleveland showed up. He checked the unit and thermostat and explained everything very thoroughly. I would only call this service for unit.He was so polite and in a timely matter completed the work. Mick is a true Professional. To me ,he is what Precision stands for. Really, really, really bad!! Takes them a long time to complete standard repairs. Poor customer service and poor communication from techs and the overall experience was really bad.

I ordered a new kitchen faucet to replace my old leaking one; as well as needing an adjustment to fix a loose bathtub faucet handle. There were several recommendations for plumbers on the Nextdoor Ahwatukee app that I decided to contact. I called the first one and they said they could schedule me for the following week. They quoted a charge for coming to the house, plus a trip fee, plus whatever the labor would be. Based on the prices they were providing me, the cost for the installation was soon going to exceed the cost of the faucet. When I called Sam, he gave me a upfront price for the total job, no hidden fees, trip fee, or extra labor charges. Plus he was able to come out to the house the same day. So I decided to hire Sam and am satisfied with the work completed. His manner was very professional, courteous, and competent. I have already recommended his plumbing skills to a neighbor of mine. I will definitely contact Sam for any future plumbing issues.

I've used this company three times now with my plumbing issues. Each time has been a good experience. The technicians are friendly and professional. They take the time to explain what is going on with your plumbing issue and not oversell their service. I used Dave recently for a shower issue and he took the time to really find out what was going on without ripping my ceiling apart where there was water damage. We found the problem without having to replace any pipes. It could of been very expensive to repair, but instead it was a corroded gasket. We did have to cut some sheet rock in the ceiling but at least we found the leak before further water damage. I will definitely continue to always use this company and ask for Dave.

Emailed for a checkup on Aircon system, no response, they obviously have too many customers and should lose some so they can respond to potential ones.
