Best Free Camera Inspection in Gilbert AZ

I was referred to this company by my dad because they have used them before and in my dad business organization in Arizona. Parents paid 180 for the same work I needed done. Had to pay $450.00 for 2 valves. Asked him if he go drill a whole in my sink for a soap dispenser and he wanted $180.00. I said no. Bought the bit for $15 and did it myself. They guy laughed in my face when I said how much my parents got it for and said they are lying to me. Showed him the text message and he changed his whole attitude, when he found out that my dads connection was the owner. He then knocked the valves to $360.00, and offer to drill the whole for free. I will never use this company again. Sketchy plumber trying to rip people off. Not saying the company but this person is a crook. Felt that he was trying to screw me until he found out my dad knew the owner

We have an 82 year old house, and a significant portion of galvanized pipe that was badly deteriorating had to be replaced. After getting extremely high quotes from two other plumbers for a major plumbing repair, we called Second Opinion. After the bathroom ceiling had to be completely removed to get to a big section of leaking galvanized pipe, Charles made sure that every bit of ensuing debris was cleaned up. We have never had such a thorough clean-up after a repair job! On every aspect of this experience, we give this company 5+ stars -- the speed of response, the quality of the work, the professionalism and care of the technician.... we have tried several plumbers over the years, but we have finally found a plumbing company that we can feel 100% confident about. Absolutely recommend Second Opinion!!

Called PlumbSmart for the quote to install a water heater. Brian, a very professional and knowledgeable tech quoted a reasonable price, picked the water heater up from the Home Depot for us and installed it the next day. Brian also repaired our water softener backwash line that was split at fitting behind head so we will be able to use the water softener without replace the entire hose. Thanks Brian for doing all of these for us! We will definitely use PlumbSmart again.
