Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

Richie did a good job for me before so I called them again. Always attentive, on time and they know what they’re doing. Very respectful and they keep in contact so you know what’s happening.

Darrell & Scott with 911 were super responsive. I called on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. I have an AirBnB in the Valley and my guest called me livid Saturday night because the property was very warm. It turned out to just be user error; but it was helpful to have these guys out to confirm my suspicion. I had needed to have them come out anyway to perform maintenance before the summer heat. 10/10 would recommend them!

I had an outage with my pool pump and a non operational pool light. Come to find out my light was not properly grounded and posed a danger to my family. Everything fixed within an hour for far less than I expected. I would give them 6 stars if I could

Both times was helped by Russ who was extremely friendly and felt not the slightest bit uncomfortable having him in my home explained everything in detail as he was doing it and at no point felt hustled or given the run around hope I don't have plumbing issues in the future but if I do I hope Russ is the guy they send

Had American Leak fix a leak on a return line on the pool. It costed a little under 1K A year later the stuff they fixed was broken again. They did not cover any of it. I even talked to a couple managers and still nothing. I decided to fix it myself and they poured the pipes in concrete... What a nightmare. Fortunately I spent the time to do it right this time. Avoid these folks! Terrible service. Terrible quality
