Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. He was able to add us in his schedule on a busy Friday afternoon. He seems to go the extra mile and called back a couple day's later to see if everything was ok on our end. Thank you Chris!

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

Dillon was AMAZING! He worked quickly and was so friendly. I had mistakenly flushed paper towels, and he reassured me that we all make that mistake and I had no reason to feel embarrassed. It was wonderful working with him, I already have Rooter Hero’s number saved for my next plumbing emergency!

I have been a Facilities Director in hospitals for 30+ years in 6 states and over my entire career I have always used Roto Rooter. Without fail they have always been honest, professional, clean, well spoken, and there was no sign that they had even rebuilt the entire insides of my toilet. The most important part of any plumbing job is the cleanup after the work. Armando was no different either, it was 5 stars all the way across and he was awesome!

As always, David was helpful and professional. He quickly realized that although I was told the new sink handle I had purchased at a do-it-yourself store was not going to work in place of my broken faucet. We talked about some other things that need to be done with other sink in my home. He explained very clearly and assessed my level of understanding. David also checked the ph level and the level of certain chemicals in my water to determine if the water softener I purchased last August was working well and it is.

We just had Gino from Phend Plumbing out for service. Her did a great job. Thanks Gino! We've been lookiing for a reliable plumber since we moved to our new Gilbert home. Phend will definately be my go to now.

I have used Aspen twice now and both times they were prompt, friendly, careful and honest. I appreciated them. The first time my water heater was leaking and they found my water heater was under warranty still and Scott got it for me for free! So only paid for his services. Today was the second time I have used them, Seth was friendly, prompt and did not try to push services that were not needed etc. I will use them again.
