I was serviced by Carlos H. who was as professional and polite as they get. He spent time identifying the source of the issue to ensure no unnecessary work was being done. He was also thorough and explained everything to me, and gave me a better idea of the layout of my pipes for any future maintenance that I may be able to do on my own. He also cleaned up after and was sure to keep his path through the house clean and dry. If I ever have any future issues (I hope not), I will be very happy to work with Carlos again.

Our kitchen sink was really badly clogged for months, and I thought I’d have to replace the piping underneath entirely. Zoom Drain was able to come send a fully-equipped van out 2 days after I called! They sent the van for a free consultation, but we got the work done same day. Fair, reasonable price for a job very well done. The tech was thorough and made sure he cleaned out all of the piping for us.

Zoom was at my home within 25 minutes of my call. The representative Devin was knowledgeable professionals and corrected the problem within the hour. Only issue is I wish I would have had an idea of price of service based on my issue which was discussed before they came out. Was told later that it was a little steep for service provided, however, this was an emergency and they came right away. Would definitely recommend for emergency repairs and service.

Conor was very professional and knowledgeable about sewer cleaning. He was able to clean the drain quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company for your sewage problems. So much more reasonable than Roto router. I know who I will be calling when my next sewage problem may occur. Thank you.

Victor was great! Kind, respectful, and very professional. My toilet needed to be completely removed and things needed to be moved. When he was done bathroom looked like how it was before(he didn’t have to do that) and of course he fixed the problem.

We called on Wednesday and scheduled a septic inspection for Friday for a time-sensitive real estate inspection. On Thursday afternoon, they called back saying that they wouldn't be able to come out until Monday morning. When they didn't show up Monday morning, our agent called them, only to be told that there had been some kind of a scheduling issue and they wouldn't be able to make it out this week at all. I guess they weren't even planning to call to let us know. Based on all the five-star reviews on Google, I had expected much better.

Zoom Drain is great. They came out in a timely manner, got the job done. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because of the price. They are a bit pricey, but I know that going in. Would I call them again, absolutely. Only when it is an emergency because of the price.

Called on Friday, and within 2 hours a repair team came to my home. They called before coming and sent text, a picture and bio of tech who will do the work.The service couldn't be completed, but as promised, they returned on Monday to install new garbage disposal. Very professional. The Tech, Josh, explained the process, materials, and warranty details, and gave me follow up details. Very satisfied.

Rick from Zoom Drain was very professional kept the area where he worked nice, neat and clean. I’ve used other types of plumbers/drain cleaning services in the past and clean meat and orderly does not go with their line of work. However Rick showed up right on time did the job kept it clean. Nick and his partner did a fine job with the drain in our kitchen sink.  It was usually slow to empty, but sometimes stopped altogether.   What I’d imagined to be easily fixed with the proper tools turned out to be pretty complicated, with built-up grease making the blockage hard to locate and even harder to remove. With persistence and a lot of snaking they solved the problem, made sure the drain was clear, and mopped up a lot of oily black water. Thank you!

I’ve used Express Drains in the past and had positive experiences. This was true again tonight with tech, Devin. He was super cool, fixed my problem promptly and helped me understand the issue. The folks on the phone were great today and so was Devin. This is a solid and trustworthy operation in my opinion.

This was the second time Zoom serviced my home over the last three years. Both times Zoom shared the video footage of my sewer line and diagnosed it correctly. This company is professional and straight to the point. Do not settle for the competitors.

I had a nasty clog in my tub. Ed was able to clear it but in the process the shoe got loose. He tried his darnsest to fix it but didn’t have a dumbbell or access. Luckily, the shoe came off easy and I was able to replace it in a few minutes.

I discovered a leak in my basement today, and needed some pipes replaced. It was all taken care of, same day. Nickolas made sure everything was taken care of in a professional manor. I’m very happy with my experience.

Very professional, courteous, and prompt from the word go and through the whole ordeal. I had a few plumbers out and none could figure out the problem with a clogged main. In the process I discovered a leaking cast iron pipe. Called Zoom they responded back within minutes and had a tech scheduled for Monday (I called on Friday).Josh (tech) was on time and he replaced my pipe and jetted out the whole system. They are not inexpensive but well worth the cost and any future plumbing issues I have these are my go to guys. I won’t call anyone else.

First class service. Technician knew his stuff and went ‘of and beyond’ to diagnose my water line problem, clear the pipe blockage and recommend long term solutions. This is the 2nd time I have used Zoom. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I called upon Zoom Drain after having another company come to empty my tanks … less than 2 weeks after a pump out I was left with not one full tank but two … I do not need to be good at math to do the deducing here. Just like I thought, when Nadir did the initial inspection of my tanks the first one was completely full, and then when I let him know there was more than one tank, he then located the second and it also was full. He informed me of possible causes for this to have occurred and also of obstructions within the cesspool etc . Not once did he disparage the other company or point fingers etc … he remained professional, gave me some possible scenarios and a plan to start with and see where it took us so that I could hopefully end up with a healthy maintained system. But he also gave me the flip side view and what would need to happen if in fact everything he had done and my continued care of the system did not work and it failed … this is what I needed!! Someone to be honest, lay it all out , good and bad if there was a bad and a solution if possible and if not to say so. I am very happy with the service provided and I am hoping to be able to continue with a maintenance schedule and move forward with Zoom. I cannot recommend any other company and preferably this specific technician Nadir … He goes above and beyond without losing integrity and professionalism.

They were much more expensive than I was expecting. I paid twice what I had budgeted for based on Google research and advice from others. But the sewer drain was cleared and they found the cause of my issue. I will have to do more extensive work. I will look elsewhere due to cost. But they were fast, professional, and thorough.

Pat and his staff did a wonderful job when Ihad other extensive work being done in my basement. First, Zoom Drain removed the old cast iron sewer pipes in record time and came back two weeks later to install new PVC pipes when the other contractor completed their work. Zoom Drain coordinated with them seamlessly and returned to install a new sewer line in my basement. They were punctual, very efficient and professional in completing the entire job. Aslan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was extremely efficient and thorough in his work. He worked with grit and gave his 100% effort in making sure our sewage line was cleared with a lot of grease and oil blockage using the jetter. He was able to successfully clear out the drain and we finally have a clean and emptied out drain that is fully cleared out! So thankful for his expertise and would highly recommend.

Alexander arrived, told me his prognosis of my issue, and explained the option of remedies as well as the cost. There was a problem with a blockage, and he stayed beyond his normal time to rectify the situation. I called Zoom Drain to look over a few things after I got my home inspection. The technician Alexander M. Was available 2 hours earlier than promised; same day. He was kind, honest, and straightforward. Would call him again in a heartbeat.

Technicians were very nice and explained particulars of the job well... then explained that the camera inspection would be more than $500. I am NOT in the business of paying $500 for pictures. It works just be cheaper to let the drain clog give times (which it hasn't done in the 16 years I've owned the house)

I called yesterday About my garbage disposal & they sent Mr. Anas this morning. He was on time, polite,clean & efficient Took his time doing the job but stayed focused & made sure everything was working properly. I would have given 5 stars but i thought the price was a bit high. The customer service when I first called Zoom to schedule was excellent, friendly and efficient, which was instant peace of mind for an emergency main drain/flooding problem. Jim was the service provider who came to my home and he was above and beyond my expectations. He was on time, friendly, and took time to listen to everything I had to say before he got working. He was professional and efficient, but also didn’t rush and took the time to get to the root of my system issues. He took a great deal of time and care to make sure I understood what was going on, how it happened, and what needed to happen next. He offered as much insight and expertise as he possibly could, and never rushed me as I thought of new questions. I would recommend Zoom and Jim to anyone I know.

I loved this process from start to finish. I don’t know what I’m doing. New homebuyer. Not super handy. Not handy at all, actually. Called for an assessment and asked a ton of questions. They were friendly and professional throughout the booking process. Before my tech arrived, they sent me a headshot and bio (highlighting that my tech likes painting and digital art - this was a nice touch because, as a woman who was solo that day, it’s hard to let complete strangers in your house). They also sent me a tracker (which was accurate) so I knew exactly when my tech would arrive. The tech, Darius, answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb and provided additional services on the spot when he noticed an issue. I would highly recommend. The service came with a year warranty and helpful tips about drain pipe health.

The technician was excellent. Although he did explain the flat rate system, the cost for a ten minute job was quite high.

Mr. Darius Lightsey was the Zoom Drain associate sent to help clear a clogged drain in my basement. He suggested a clearing process called Jetting which not one cleared the area where the clog was it cleaned the pipe of any debris that may build up. He professional in his approach and very knowledgeable. He also explained what he was doing, why and the benefits. I highly Recommend using Zoom Drain.

These guys are very responsive and very professional. They’ve cleared my drain twice now, and each time they gave me a lot of useful information about the cause of the problem. They’re also available 24/7 and don’t up-charge for coming out at odd hours.

Buying a house and the drain outside overflows. Had to have a sewer scope done, and found several other drainage issues when the tech arrived. He was extremely helpful and put together an estimate for me to submit to my realtor. Highly recommend!

We used this service attempting to deal with a drain fly issue we’ve been having since we bought our home more than a year ago. This business doesn’t deal with eliminating drain flies per se, but they can help to diagnose the problem and remedy any issues that might be allowing them to breed. After many months of failure with exterminators, we were forced to contemplate a different option. I’ll say that nearly $500 for pipe inspection seems steep, but I think it was worth it in the end. We won’t know the final outcome for many months because cold weather deters drain fly breeding, but Darius was more than attentive doing his job. He was patient, he was thorough, and he answered all the questions we had without any baloney. He did his job well, and he was very friendly. He used his experience to help us troubleshoot our issue and we feel pretty good about our chances to eliminate this issue for good. Thank you to Darius for doing your job well and representing the business well. Zoom drain did a nice job as well. They were polite, informative, and timely. I would recommend this service.

The worst thing I can say is that the website appointment scheduler does not work. I followed up with a couple of phone calls and left voicemail messages after no one showed or called on Saturday morning. The call center operator who followed up was great she told me the online scheduler had not made my appointment and apologized. Took the relevant info and schedule me for a four hour window. Mike Sweeney arrived in two hours of the time frame called me when he arrived and gave me my options after hearing my problem. He tried jetting and thought we were done but less than ten minutes later the clog was back. Tree roots were surprising us both he unpacked the equipment from his truck and went back to work. My patio has finally stopped seeing the overflow from everywhere in my house. Glad the hardware store where I rented the snake recommended Zoom after I returned unsuccessful in my attempt. One of the sale people there was also a Zoom customer. Where I and one other drain cleaning service failed Mike made sure Zoom succeeded. My sewer line is shared going off in various directions which really made this job difficult.

They cut the roots for now and have me some options moving forward. Lawrence was upbeat and friendly and did a great job.

He called 1/2 hour before he arrived, arrived on time, and was able to give me some ideas about different ways I could fix my problem since pipe liners aren’t to code in Philadelphia (I wanted a quote on lining a broken sewer line).

Mr. Anthony Recinos arrived to my mothers residence promptly. Clean professional look. Asked all the important questions to get a feel for what the issues were. After a thorough walk through of all the impending issues, he thoroughly explained what caused these issues, how they can be repaired, what to expect in repair, and then closed with offering a service plan with two options that would ensure her house will be properly maintain for drainage for the foreseeable future as well. All in all, I am beyond happy with the service provided and the overall professionalism shown by this young man. Through him, your company is in great hands. When the time is right in the not so distant future, a 2nd call for service will be placed to start the large amount of repairs. On that call I hope he is the man to answer the call. Look forward to doing business in the future.

Zoomdrain came same day and on time. Jake was courteous and explained the issue. Their bio cleaner is probably a tad expensive but it is best to have it to use immediately and monthly after that.

I used them before twice and it was a bit pricey but okay. I needed someone to come ASAP to fix my clogged sink and broken garbage disposal. My dishwasher isn't working. They said they could come today 8 AM-12 PM but I had a class midday. They said they could put me first on the list today. That would have been fine but they apparently didn't put me on the list at all, they were short on technicians, or there was an emergency call...excuses excuses. Also, one person who I spoke to said the technician was finishing up a job and would be headed to me soon (twice). Another said later they would hopefully be there by noon but couldn't guarantee it. When I expressed my concern about that, he said I was twisting his words. I waited all morning and was late to my class when they finally texted they were on the way--five minutes before noon. Too late. Unreliability, dishonesty, etc...no thanks. Choose somewhere else.

Jake was honest efficient and helpful. He explained the limitations of drain camera inspection. We had a clog and we probably have a cracked pipe too. He pointed out that clean drains can minimize or even solve small cracks in drain pipes. Clogs block water from flowing and allow water to build up pressure which will start seeping through a crack where the water is trapped. Free flowing water can’t build up pressure and mostly bypasses small cracks. So we’ll clean our drains instead of replacing them.

I asked for a ballpark estimate before Zoom came out but they refused to provide one. The estimate to clear a slow drain was $365!!!Maybe everyone else is rich but I’m not & can’t pay those ridiculous prices. They wasted their time & mine taking off work to meet them.Don’t waste your time too!

Zoom sent someone the day I called for a backed up drain in our basement. They gave me a heads-up call when the service person was 20 minutes from our house. Darrius was professional and clearly explained what he was going to do. He also did a minor repair on a pipe that was an issue in our basement. I highly recommend them, particularly for emergency work.

Zoom Drain replaced a section of my exterior underground drain pipe that had been broken by tree roots. They spent the better part of a day and needed extra crew members to help. We had an emergency. Our basement bathroom flooded. Flushable wipes were the culprit. Jarrod called when he was 20 minutes away. Arrived early. He was polite and respectful and very knowledgeable. He assessed the basement then the outside of our house. He cleaned the main drain line to the sewer. We paid for a warranty and he explained that the area will be covered unless they come out and find more wipes. They won’t! I will absolutely reach out to Zoom for future plumbing issues and I will refer them to any and everyone I know who needs plumbing services.

Unfortunately, we've had a number of plumbing issues in our almost 100 year old house. Most due to failing cast iron pipe, but most recently due to incorrectly run drain pipes for our kitchen sink, which were there when we bought the house 6 years ago. We've had 3 major repairs completed by Zoom and in every case the people were friendly, professional and competent. The repairs were completed in a timely manner to our satisfaction. They are probably not the cheapest solution, but they provide a good warranty for their services and have enough employees and equipment that we quickly have someone out when we need them. We will continue to use Zoom for drain line issues.

Zoom Drain is an excellent company. They know their business. I’ve been very pleased. The technicians are friendly, professional, and courteous. All questions asked are always answered, not only by the technicians but the office staff as well. Zoom sends a picture of the technician coming and you receive a phone call 30 minutes in advance. I contacted them through Angies List. They charged me $800 for a hydro get for a block within 5 feet. Do any one believe that 1,251 positive google reviews are genuine?

My experience with Zoom drain was good, I definitely would recommend them. They send you a pic of their salesperson that will be working in your home, for safety measures which I thought was cool. R. Fink the plumber was excellent, he arrived with shoe covers and explained everything he was doing to unclog the basement sink, which was also clogging the outside drain and the overflow would go into a drain in my garage that create puddles of water (a mess) they were well equipped with a water vac, camera attached to their snake to take pics of what was actually causing the clog. I wand up getting the hard pressure clean which starts at the front of the house and goes back as far as the drains in the back of your house, which allowed all the drains to be cleaned and unclogged from debris and everything running smoothly. They did not leave until everything was running fine. I thought the price was reasonable considering I paid RR $575. and brought some pipe deodorizer for $50. Totally $625. +tax and all they did was come and snake my kitchen sink and told me the basement sink was draining slow and possibly starting to get clogged, he plunged and bubbles came up, that’s when he said yes something is clogged but he didn’t unclog it. Well, you know I won’t be calling them anymore. When you don’t know what to expect, you rely on the professionals to straighten things out for you. Thanks to Zoom drain the issue is fixed.

The company sent me a picture of the employee that would be performing the work ahead of time, which was professional. They also called prior too to show they would perform the work today. They employees kept me informed of what they were doing and what they assessed.

I reached out to this customer, the call back and lady was fast with the return call and nice. The worker told me I needed my main drain cleaned. I had roto rooter come out and tell me that wasn't wrong and I needed a hot water heater for my flood in the basement..I looked at it more on my own and noticed it was a pipe leaking to hot water heater, and the water drained once I moved a valve that was closed in the main drain...he was gonna charge me 500-800 for nothing....customer service did reach out after my review and made me feel as tho they were genuinely concerned about what happened..Every1 I talked to besides the plumbing tech was very helpful.

I called them out to help with a slow drain. I got the clog out before they came but he was great in offering me services for the future should the clog get worse. And I purchased a bottle of enzyme cleaner from them to help me with my slow drain in the basement sink. Really appreciate the same day professional service. I will be using them again for my home and any client I help sell their home that may need them.

I initially had an issue with having an appointment and missing my aunt's funeral just to not have a technician show up or call to reschedule. My sewer/drain was partially clogged in the basement toilet and shower. I called a couple of companies before for snaking, but didn’t work and they referred me Zoom Draining for water jetting (jetting). They sent me a very nice and friendly technician called Daniel Kohles. He checked the problem with me and did a jetting job on my drain and he fixed the partially clogging problem and now it drains out (no clogging). He also recommends not to put grease when washing dishes as the grease may build up in the pipeline. I give him 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ? ⭐️ ⭐️. I strongly recommend Zoom Drain and technician Daniel Kohles for sewer/drain cleaning.

Very satisfied. Did a great job . Would call again because they solved the problem and didn’t cost a fortune . We called RR 1st and they never unclogged our outside drain. RR also Quoted us a crazy price to replace the sewer line . I called for a simple clog. My neighbor recommended a plumber who recommended zoom drain . So glad I called.

This is the second time I have used Zoom Drain and they have given me great service . My mother has a home warranty and they wouldn't be at her house around Friday. I couldn't wait that long. When Josh arrived, I felt his estimate was high, but after the service I received from him, it was well worth it. What can I say about Technician Josh, but he is awesome! I was very pleased with Zoom Drain services. I called Zoom because my upstairs toilet was leaking onto the ceiling of my dining room. They were quick to get me on their schedule and came out two days after I called. Nadir, the technician that came out was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, meticulous and most of all, I felt like Nadir was honest and explained everything to me in a non-technical manner so that I could understand. Scheduled an appointment with this company for a Thursday between 10 AM -2 PM. At 9:30 (after I had already taken off work for the day) informing me that the technician had an emergency appointment that would take the whole day, and that my schedule appointment for that afternoon (I was scheduled for the morning) was going to need to be moved. I rescheduled for the following morning.The technician did arrive as scheduled on the following day. However they called ahead to say they could give me prices without looking at my pipes for the services. This seemed odd but I asked that they still come to look first. They arrived in the window and had me pour water down my drain. When it did not leak out they said that they could not diagnose the problem and suggested I talk to my plumber (I thought they were plumbers) about the problem. I asked if they could run a camera to see if there was an issue and was told this was a $450 charge.The upside is that I was not charged for the visit.

I had a major plumbing issue and was working with a local plumber, who charged me outrageous amounts of money, and we hadn't even known the issue yet. My insurance company gave me the names of three plumbers that they used and I decided to go on Angie's List and see what was there. That's where I found ZOOM. An appointment was made and Tyler and Hayden came and put a camera into my sewer pipe. Everything was explained so I understood. Then Matt Bergen came out and gave me and estimate, once again explaining what would be done. I agreed and next steps were planned. I still had to work with my insurance and mortgage company, that is when I spoke with Remy Mason. She was my angel, she told me not to worry she would take care of everything, and she did, the work was scheduled. I just had it done the other day and that's when Kevin, Justin and Rich showed up. Well they were another blessing in my life, they worked hard and diligently until the job was done, back filled my front beautifully. I was overwhelmed by all of this and it showed, everyone of them told me not to worry they would take care of me and they did. I can't say enough about Zoom, and their hard working employees, everyone I spoke with were very knowledgeable and hard working and if I ever need another plumber they will be the company I call. I have had people stop after it was done and said they didn't know of Zoom. I told them it was the best experience I ever had, so no worries, they will take care of you. I had a great experience with Zoom. I was given a time estimate of a few hours on a Saturday and Mark Sell was the service technician who arrived in the early point of estimated time, which was a welcome surprise. Mark was friendly and assessed the situation and solved the problem within a half an hour. Very professional-

Benjamin did a great job. He was very persistent in finding a location of the clog and spent several hours to break it and to wash all the debris from a long sewer line with a high pressure water stream to an outside stand pipe. After that he aspirated all the debris out. He thoroughly performed this time consuming job until flow was restored. If I will need drain services again I will always ask for him.

Zoom Drain was excellent right from the start.Our regular plumber came out on a Friday morning to look at a clogged bathroom drain. He was unable to free up the blockage and he recommended we contact Zoom Drain. I called Zoom Drain that same day between noon and 1:00 PM. The person I spoke with, Anna, was courteous and professional. She was able to schedule a technician that same day between 2:00 and 6:00. Very soon after we received a text message confirming our appt with a photo and description of our technician. We then received a phone call confirming the technician was on his way.The technician who showed up, Tyler, was the same person from the text. He was on time as well as courteous, kind and professional. He listened to our description of what happened, looked at the clogged drain and then provided a description of the work he would do as well as the total cost. We could have declined the service at zero cost to us. We chose instead to say yes and we're very glad that we did. Less than 20 minutes later the drain was unclogged and flowing better than it ever has since we first moved in over 9 years ago. We definitely recommend Zoom Drain and will contact them first in the future should the same situation arise.

Nadir and his colleague made a horrible situation so much easier to handle. They were professional and so knowledgeable. When large companies come out to handle these types of jobs, my expectation is to be treated more like a number. Nadir and his colleague treated me like a human -- they were two really personable guys. Being comfortable with people completing work in my home is important since I have children. Also, they were very respectful of my home - putting on shoe socks before walking into my house. We had a pipe clogged and needed a company with a camera and a flusher. We had called two plumbers prior to Zoom and both had recommended Zoom. Both plumbers also indicated that they had customers who had been very happy using Zoom. Great service! I was able to schedule an appointment within a day of contacting them. They sent me a picture of the tech that was coming, and called me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, and was very nice. We talked about the problems that we had, and the options available to fix it. Within an hour, the problem was solved! He explained what they did, and showed me a video of what the lines now look like. He also made sure that I had no questions; and was able to address all of my concerns. After solving an immediate concern the technician pointed out the underlying issue that I also had them take care of later. All technicians were professional and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Zoom will be my first choice if I need any work done in the future.

No one likes a plumbing issue, but after discovering our line was backing up into the house, we called our plumber who referred us to Zoom Drain. Our plumber put a work-order in for us at 3:30 pm and they were unable to get to us until roughly 11 pm. We have a 6 year old and two barky dogs, so we opted to have them come out the next day. Our feelings were that they should have been there first thing in the morning - since we didn't have them come out the night before, but they didn't arrive to our house until 2:00 pm. Kyle was professional and very nice - he quickly got to work clearing the drain as requested. We opted to have the pressurized water followed by the camera so they could see if it was tree roots or what was causing the issue. Kyle discovered that a trap cover was missing - causing dirt and debris to enter into the pipe - possibly causing the slow-down and ultimate clogging of the pipe. He could not get the camera to go any further than that point. We are glad that we have a possible reason for the backup, but would have been more satisfied had we been able to get a clear view all the way out to the city line. I chose the water pressure option (a much higher price point) due to the fact that it includes the camera portion, but wasn't thrilled at still paying the full amount even though we got half of the picture. I wasn't going to haggle Kyle for the price as he seemed like a nice guy - and I was obviously grateful to have our drain cleaned out. They are professional and courteous. Had they been more punctual & brought the price down a bit (due to inability to get the full picture of the pipe), I would have given them 5 stars.

Mark did a great job making sure my line was clear. I didn’t have a clog but I have a critical line that tends to get encroached with roots. So this was to gauge how long it takes roots to build up. They were here just over an hour. So I’m happy with the work but no so much with the $580 to do the work. And no warranty either since line doesn’t have enough pitch.I get that “one size pricing fits all” is good when you don’t know what you’re getting into. And I agreed to it up front. At least this time. Maybe a price to assess the problem then offer cost to clear issue? Has to be a better way to help a customer feel like he got reasonable value when the job turns out to be trivial like mine.Really liked the advance email with picture of the technician showing up!

Called local Zoom Drain around Noon. Very nice on the phone and said I would get a call when a technician was coming to the house. A short while later I got a call that a technician was coming and would be there in 20 or so minutes. I also got a text message with Chris’ photo. Chris arrived we explained what was wrong. He confirmed what we thought. He explained the options and their costs. We decided to snake and camera. Chris got to work and cleared the clog. He explained the problem to us and answered all of our questions. Chris is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great service and knowledgeable technician. Within an hour of calling the technician was at my house. I had a plumber out prior that day who could not resolve the issue and they referred me to Zoom. We had a backed up kitchen sink. Zoom got in touch with me right away, said a technician could come out later that day and they'd call me first to let me know he was on the way. Later they called and he was here in about 15 minutes. He heard my description and showed me a menu of services on his tablet. There was a pre set price of $279 for kitchen drain clog. I OKd the work. He spent about 30-45 minutes to get the drain cleared out. (It wasn't as simple as either of us elected.)The technician was polite and friendly. He communicated very clearly. He explained what he was doing as he went along. He used his own rags to clean up when he was done. You couldn't ask more from a plumbing service. I was/am very satisfied and would gladly use them again.

I have had only positive experiences with Zoom Drain since first using them a year ago. Both Darius and Nadir have done service at my home with very satisfactory results. I have scheduled Zoom for the yearly cleaning of my main line to the public sewer system, but have also had them remove a blockage in one of my toilets. Zoom provides excellent service with qualified technicians, and I recommend this business, highly.

This place has got it soooo together. They have great tools on the website for easy scheduling and response but a very human touch. The scheduler was cheerful and the technician was a perfect pro and super polite. I never imagined unclogging the drain so efficiently would be so quick & pleasant. There was no mess, no sloppy dude grunting - 100% great, clean, professional people.

I do not recommend Zoom Drain.I used Zoom Drain to complete a sewer scope. After comparing a few diff companies on Google, Yelp, NextDoor (including over 500 5-star reviews on Google) – we decided to go with Zoom because some friends had used them recently for a sewer scope (also for an older home).Pros: scheduling was very easy. Zoom staff responded quickly to my calls and were very flexible when I had to change my appointment to another day.Cons: Zoom’s sewer scope service is $429 and is more costly than the other businesses I looked into (by about $70-80). Zoom only provides 4-hour time windows (with the technician calling when 30 minutes out). Zoom staff is very limited in terms of what they can do for you when you need ETAs.My experience was not great. After confirming my Wed appt on Mon and Tues, I waited for the sewer scope technician on Wed from 2-6pm. They never showed up. I called three times but kept getting the same response (that I was next). By 5:45pm, Zoom said the technician's ETA was still unknown but that he wouldn't make it by 6pm.Zoom did not offer any solutions but agreed to send someone the next day (Thurs) between 10am-2pm. I asked (in vain) if I could get a time-certain or be first, but they said no.On Thursday morning, I confirmed the 10am-2pm appt. I called for updates at 10:30am and 1:15pm but got the same responses as the day before – he'd get there when he gets there. I was pretty anxious at this point given that the current homeowners had already made their home available in the middle of a pandemic for nearly 8 hours.I finally got a call (and text) at 1:50pm telling me that the technician was on his way to the home in No Libs - from Bala Cynwyd. He ultimately arrived around 2:30pm (after the 4-hr window). To Zoom’s credit, I was able to get a 10% discount, but only after I asked for it.The technician conducted the sewer scope pretty quickly and called me with an update to explain what the pipes were made out of. Unfortunately, he was unable to get the camera past a trap between the home and the street, so I have no idea what those pipes look like. Zoom later sent me a “report” (which had nothing helpful in it); an invoice (which included the information the technician explained on the phone, so this was more of a report than the actual report); and a 30-second and 90-second video of the actual sewer scope.Overall, my experience was very stressful, and I wish I had gone with another company. I’m sure most people who have used Zoom (including my friends) did not have an experience like mine, but I was very disappointed. My agent (as well as the seller’s agent) also seemed annoyed and are not likely to recommend them either.

These guys are honest, amazing and very fair. Quick response, great results and very nice. Don't go anywhere else trust me. Our company has been all over looking for a reliable fair company for drain repairs and clogs and these guys are Top Shelf!

Josh is an excellent technician. He was friendly, helpful and willing to answer all my questions. He worked hard to get the problem resolved and made a suggestion for further steps. One note: Zoom is limited to cleaning certain types of drains. For example, they wouldn't deal with a clogged drain in a pedestal sink. So while Josh was great, I would likely only call this company again for a major drain job like drain or sewer lines going out to the street.

Had a great experience. Although a little pricey the technician worked extremely hard to fix the problem. It was a difficult clog and initially stumped him because it just would not unclog, but he would not give up and after hours of hard labor ( and a lot sweat and grit) he unclogged the pipe! It was so exciting to see the relief and the victory on his face!!The technician was very courteous, reassuring and hard working! And they returned the toilets and cleaned up nicely!! I was very satisfied!

Tyler came out to clear a clog in the soil pipe between two bathrooms. We had had another plumber come out but he was concerned about the condition of the pipes due to the age of our home, and recommended having Zoom Drain come out. Mark worked hard in 90+ degree weather to pull out a piece of a cast iron cap that had gotten lodged in the sewer trap. He didn't stop there...he kept going to make sure there weren't more pieces of the cap or other blockages. We we're very impressed with the quality of work! Highly recommended!

I contacted Zoom Drain when our usual multi service provider was unable to locate or open our clogged sewer line by standard methods and we needed a step 2. Zoom drain responded promptly and sent out Tyler within an hour. Our sewer lines were difficult to track and had an atypical layout due to our elevated topography in our multi unit community and interference from a power box on our property. Tyler was able to locate our blockage and open the line using more advanced equipment. He explained all that options and pricing in advance as well as keeping us updated throughout. I am very happy with the company as well as the technician!

Tech named Chris was good and wore proper mask and gloves as per our request and avoid contact during these difficult times. I cannot give 5 stars because $499. was way too much to clean out main house drain. We’ve had it done before and never paid close to that. Once he was there and we needed the work done we could not in good conscience send him away and shop prices. Our life long plumber referred Zoom and even he thought price was too high. No fault of the technician who did a good job.

From when I called to the invoice I received everything was professionally done. They sent someone someday. They called 30 min prior and sent a photo and name of the technician coming to my house. The technician Nadir diagnosed the problem. Gave my options and his recommendation, then completed the job. Before leaving he emailed me the invoice and video of my drain pipe. He was very professional and courteous. All around great experience on what was shaping up to be a rough day.

I had a plumbing emergency (likely) due to my previous plumber who possibly made a faulty connection between the PCP pipe and the terra cotta pipe, which allowed tree roots to get in. Zoom and it’s technician Kyle were wonderful.When speaking with Kyle, I told him I’m not very knowledgeable of plumbing, and he explained everything simply and gave me 2 options to fix it. I believed the price to be reasonable and several other people I asked confirmed the price was reasonable. Afterwards, he communicated to me the summary of what he did in layman’s terms and again explained exactly what the problem was. I also had a question and he promptly responded.Zoom accommodated my schedule nicely. Kyle came out ASAP despite having other customers to go to that day. I also was also forced to take a huge leap of faith by giving Kyle access to my house while neither I nor anyone else was home. I came home to a completely clean bathroom (it was a disgusting mess!) and everything else exactly in place.But what really solidified the integrity of this company for me was when Kyle advised me that if I have a warranty with my old plumber, they might repair the connection, which could otherwise be a very costly job. In other words, he could have been a shark on this, but tried to save me my hard earnings. That is something only companies with integrity do. Of course I’m not going to contact my old plumber but will use Zoom once I’m ready to fix the faulty connection.

Excellent service, I would highly recommend Zoom Drain. We noticed a sewer gas smell in our basement and a small sink hole developing in the front yard so I called Zoom Drain to assess the situation. Matt Bowers from Zoom Drain came out to look at the problem. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. After doing a visual inspection of the yard and main stack he recommended a camera inspection of the sewer line to see what was going on. Matt was going to set up an appointment for a camera inspection but then he remembered he had a camera in his truck and without missing a beat he got to work. He found that the sewer line had partially collapsed and was preventing him from getting the camera out to the street connection. We discussed several options and for each option Matt provided information about the time, cost and effort. He recommended a pipe burst repair which is cheaper and less invasive than a trench repair since our sewer line is 8' deep. We set up an appointment to get the work done. The technicians arrived promptly at the appointed time and got to work. Unfortunately, in the course of inserting the new pipe they discovered what appeared to be an old septic tank in the front yard which explained the sink hole. The tank had to be removed which meant going with the trench repair instead. Bummer! I was expecting the cost to double because of having to dig a full trench but the incremental cost was minimal and the technicians were well prepared so the repair didn't require much additional time to complete. The technicians did a fantastic job putting the yard back together after the work was finished.Our neighbors were impressed enough to let us know what a great job they thought Zoom Drain did. Matt was fantastic in assessing the problem, discussing the options with full disclosure and getting us an appointment in a reasonable time frame. The technicians that did the work were professional, courteous and completed the work quickly and neatly. We couldn't be happier with the experience other than having our sewer line collapse and finding an old septic tank ;-)

I've been dealing a clogged pipe in my basement the entire Thanksgiving weekend. When all of my attempts to clean the clog were unsuccessful, i decided to call professionals. Lucky for me, i came across Zoom Drain on google. I called around 11am on Sunday and was told a technician will be out between 2pm-6pm to give me a free estimate and diagnose the problems. Got a all back in an hour asking if they can come earlier as one of the tech specialists became available. The guys came around, were able to do their job like true professionals, very fast and due to their camera equipment were able to identify issues that were causing the clog. The root of the tree next to my house broke the main sewer pipe.Long story short.. i highly recommend this company. Very reasonably priced, super professional and punctual.

I called about a toilet that hasn’t flushed well for years. Zoom sent a representative out within 2 hours. Hayden showed up and assessed the situation. He was very pricey and solved the problem. I highly recommend their service!

Our local plumber couldn't clear our sewer line, and said we would need a more powerful company to blast it out. He couldn't recommend one, but gave two names. The first one wasn't available on Christmas day. Our plumber called Zoom next so he could explain our problem and what they had tried. In fact, I thought the price for the auger service was a good value--the only reason the total was as high as it was--which, again, was no more than I expected--is that there turned out to be two distinct clogs (something I already suspected).Great service, friendly and accommodating technician, and, all things considered, a reasonable price.

Because it’s an ongoing major issue that is going to need excavating, they could not fix the problem. This is the first time I have used this company because we have another plumber that we have used for many years. But Benjamin was more than willing to call our plumber and explain the whole situation to him. He will be back in touch with me this week to make sure that we get the issue taken care of. Zoom Drain was a lifesaver when our main sewer drain got clogged and the downstairs toilet overflowed when people upstairs were showering. Nadir came out as fast as he could, and spent an hour and 45 minutes making sure everything was cleaned out. The fiber optic video showed me how the whole sewer line into the house and then 52 feet into the public sewer line, to assure that everything was gone. Highly recommended when you’ve got a plumbing emergency! Nice, courteous staff and a fast response.

He stayed at it until he removed all the stones and cleaned our trap that was filled with debris.Once all the debris and rocks were removed we ran the water and we were clear.I just want to say thanks to zoom and mark for all your help. Besides being very annoyed in the wait time, (I was given a 4 hour window on a Saturday 12n-4p and the technician didn’t arrive til 530p) I did received a phone call notifying me of the delay. Staff are nice. Unfortunately, I paid $170.00 for a employee to come out, take apart my garbage disposal, put it back together, then tell me it's old and doesn't really work. It sounded worse after the repair. Frustrated, I then went to home depot and spent $30 to simply remove it myelf and replace the drain. Will definitely research next time.

I called Zoom, late on a Saturday night, expecting to reach a voice mail. I spoke with a friendly customer service rep who had a technician out at my house Sunday morning. The plumber, Mike Sweeney, was punctual, incredibly friendly, honest and hardworking. I will be using Zoom for any/all plumbing services.

Fantastic service, came out within an hour of my inquiry. 2 really nice guys, Ben and John, took care of long-standing problem with underground pipes from downspouts with jets and snake hoses. Cleared 2 pipe outlets from the road and 3 downspouts from the house for $999 in a couple hours. Very mindful and respectful of property and explaining process. Excellent value!

I called Zoom to assess and fix a sewerleak that was possibly damaged due to the City of Philadelphia tearing up the streets for months duing a water main replacement project. I explained the situation including the streets only open to residential traffic. My first appointment was cancelled and today the Zoom repair truck appears at the end of my block but technician calls and reports that he will not drive down because :road closed. I pleaded with him and dispatcher stating the UPS trucks drive down all the time but no go.I feel they abandoned a residential emergency because of a road sign.

Have had to call twice in the past year for two different drain issues. The technicians are polite and make sure to explain the options before they begin work. The prices are fixed so you know what to expect before they start. Each time I called them they were out within 12 hours. While I hope I don't have to call them again they are first on my list to call if I have a clogged drain.

My place of employment has had an issue with our roof drain clogging up for longer than I’ve been working there. During a heavy rainfall the drain would back up and flood the roof which would eventually come pouring into the building. We’ve had a few plumbers come in to snake the drain the past few years. This time I decided to take a chance on Zoom Drain and I’m very glad I did. They pulled out a couple things in the pipe that must have been down there for years. I’m sure that what they did will help me sleep better at night whenever it rains and I won’t have to worry about coming into a big mess again. I can’t recommend them enough. They were great.

We have a clogged main sewer drain in a house built in 1925. Darius from Zoom Drain tried multiple snakes and entry points and it was hard getting through the older traps. But he stayed with it, even having to cut a hole in a basement waste pipe to get better access. He was able to get his snake almost to the street. But with the video camera, he determined there was one final trap under our sidewalk where the problem is. Sadly, we'll have t go the next step and dig a deep hole to free the clog. I felt that Darius really persevered and gave it his very best effort. He was hard working, courteous, careful, professional, methodical, and communicative -- and also honest. While there is still more to do, I felt that we received good value and knowledge to get us to this point. Don't hesitate to hire Zoom Drain!

Chris was my plumber. Nice, transparent guy. Earlier that day, I dealt with a super pushy salesmansalesman-type plumber from a different company that had quoted me $700-800, which turned out to include a costly procedure that entirely unnecessary and counterproductive. The $700-800 job was done by Chris for $339. I appreciate that Chris wasnt trying to take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge (which other plumbers I'd shopped for seemed to be trying hard to do).No complaints or regrets! ?

Although the technician was good, I wasn't to pleased with finding out that my problem is NOT warranted. Please read entire review.My receipt was emailed to me and I did not realize that the work was not being warranted till AFTER he left and read it on the receipt.This work should absolutely be warranted since it was a clogged drain. He feels that my pipe, where the clog was, is pitched back towards the house. That has nothing to do with the clog.If the work is not warranted then you should not charge the high amount that you did.UPDATE: I was contacted a couple days later by a manager and he has been gracious enough to honor their warranty policy.

Mike Roman was great. When he responded to my house he was straight forward and listed the available options I had for a clogged main drain. He explained both cleaning options and how effective they would be at cleaning the main drain. I eventually went with water jetting service. When Mike started the job he had me come out and see all the roots that were growing in my drain and what caused my back up. Once he was finished cleaning, he had me come back out and look at his camera again. You could see a huge difference. Once Mike was done he explained what else he saw in the pipe and what repairs I should look into the near future due to how old the main drain was.The great thing was he never tried to see me any service, he showed me preventive ways of keeping my main drain from clogging up again. Very happy with the service.

My technician, Josh Gallelli, was not only knowledgeable and professional, he was also a gentleman. He quickly put on his paper booties, so as not to mess up my wood floors, and he was wearing a mask and gloves, requirements during this time of pandemic. I contacted Home Advisor for a plumber because my dual kitchen sink was clogged. I was connected with Zoom Drain and within 45 minutes Service Technician, Darius, arrived at my home. A text message with Darius' picture was sent to me immediately with the contact information of Zoom Drain. Since my fiancé was the one at the house, I was able to forward the information to him so he knew exactly who the technician was. Within 1 hour my drain was unclogged. I live in Levittown, Pa. My Husband & I both born & raised here. We moved back here from Andalusia/Bensalem, after being gone about 6 yrs, & bought our 1st home here in L-Town. Since we bought our house, we’ve had issues with the plumbing, the toilet clogging, & everything just backing up into our tub, & the Tell Tale Sign, for those of you that live here, but don’t already know, is ALWAYS when the kitchen sink starts gurgling! YOU KNOW you’re gonna have a PROBLEM!!! In these L-Town homes, everything is all connected, so if you have a clog in your main line, you can’t do anything! That means using the toilet, shower, dishes, laundry.... We need to have a working functional bathroom being that we only have one, & we also have 2 kids! If I would’ve just called Zoom Drain from the gate, it would’ve saved us $450.00. That’s what I paid another “So called Plumber” to do in the 2 times he has been out since early Spring time! His scam was basically just putting a band aid on everything, & charging more money to come out, acting like he’s on your side, but then not even guaranteeing his work! Go with Zoom Drain the first time & if your Plumber isn’t using a camera by the 2nd time he comes out, that’s pry not a good sign... 90 Day Guarantee on their work, which is how it should be!!! Now I know that there is a difference between the Google Guaranteed Companies, & the other plumbing companies! Mike Roman was a very straight forward, nice guy who took the time, got the job done, explained everything he thought I should know, & let me sit & ask any questions that I had... Also, told me that in those first 90 days, if we had a problem, we could call him, & he would go over things with us first on the phone just to see if it’s not something we can easily fix ourselves first, & if not, then he’d obviously come right out. That works for us because my Husband just happens to be handy, & he knew that, but I’m sure if you’re not in a situation like that, he would just come right out. I have nothing but positive things to say about him & the company thus far... And just in case you are wondering, even though Google says they are based in Eagleville, that does not necessarily mean they’re gonna charge you more for a Tech to come out to your area. That was my initial thought. Not the case... Also, before they do any work at all, they give you a free estimate, & tell you exactly what they’re gonna do first, so no work is done unless you okay that exact price first. For us, it was one of two options. Because of this other scam artist from Blue Man Plumbing, LLC (Max Wiesner), I had no bathroom for 4 days waiting on him to get back to me when he came home from the shore, only for him to ignore my texts & calls, & not finish the job we paid him to do, thus not guaranteeing his work! I really wish I would’ve called Zoom Drain from the beginning because this was the first company that I originally wanted to call & didn’t! As of now, I can say that we will be calling Mike Roman from Zoom Drain for all of our Plumbing needs in the future!!! Thanks for making a miserable week a little easier, doing the job that we paid you to do, & doing it right the first time!!! ?

We had our I dual plumber out to fix the back up in our basement drain. He referred me to a specialist, Zoom. Derrick showed up in a timely manner, figured out what was going on and fixed our problem. So happy!

Mike, Tim, and 3 others were here all day from 8:30am (arriving 30 mins early, low traffic) and working past 4:30pm to finally achieve success. Might have been happier if the exact location of drain blockage had been identified as inside the house and started there -- but they did ultimately find it and chip away at the large, invasive roots which completely shut down this critical rain drain. The project started outside, where they carefully disassembled our brick patio and excavated in a surprisingly small work area around the drain, with everyone thinking the blockage or break was in or near the trap. (Others had tried to snake it, and all thought it was in or near the trap there.) Finding no problem there, they moved out front with cameras, jet routers (that eat the roots in their path) and other attempts to clear and see what was going on before having to cut into our finished basement walls to get at the offending section of pipe. They cut out a section of our 100 year old iron pipe, and replaced it with an impressive repair. Access was not easy as electric wiring and wood framing made getting at the pipe extra challenging. But, the repaired piece of pipe looks great, and the drain is clearing water when tested. However, I really think the company needs to partner with a mason/cement contractor and drywall finisher to help homeowners put the work sites back together. The Zoom team back-filled with the dirt around the outside drain, but they do not do the finish work (as was disclosed) and left the in-fill inches below the drain itself where rain water will pool and sink into the earth against our basement wall until we can get someone else (who?) to finish with sand, soft-set cement and replace the bricks. I can't express the relief of having a free-flowing yard drain, finally, after weeks of flooding and the stress of having to research and acquire a pump, which needed to be actively plugged in every time it rained (and there were deluges) to pump the water into helpful neighbor's yard. Having the drain cleared and repaired is not as complete as it should be if we weren't left with this project of getting someone here to close up the patio and walls -- and it's a small (though critical) area that is hard to get hard-scapers, masons, or other contractors to come do.I was so impressed with the skill, patience, caution, teamwork, and willingness to try everything possible to minimize damage while effecting the successful repair of our 100% blocked storm drain; every member of the Zoom team were complete professionals. It was messy work, but at every step they endeavored to protect floors and carpets, and though very inconvenient for them to do so, they never the less slipped booties over their mud-crusted boots every time they moved from outside to downstairs as they worked away as a team at each piece of the job. The yard was cleaned up, and all debris hauled away in contractor bags. This type of repair can be harrowing, but their calm professionalism made it so much less stressful.Price quoted seemed high, at first, but then seemed quite reasonable after I saw how many men worked for well over 8 hours to get this job done right. (Another company's quote was much lower, but left room to add more if they had to move inside the house to get at the blockage. Zoom charged no more than original quote because they did not have to go through foundation wall. yeah!) Absolutely worth it... now if they could just help with getting things put back together -- drywall and brick work -- they'd have a more than 5-star enterprise. (Their competition doesn't do the finish work, either.)Rain is expected soon, so the real test will begin. I am optimistic.

I was a Sunday and my sewer line backed up in my basement. Kyle was out with in the window I was given. The beginning of the time frame to expect a technician. He explained everything and work until my sewer line was cleared. He was amazing!

Remodeling the laundry and adjacent powder room. The old galvanized pipes were super clogged. My house is on a concrete slab so I was worried the floor would have to be jackhammered but Chris got the water flowing. Zoom was out here within a couple of hours so I did not have enough time to work up a full blown panic attack. $466. We decided to forego the camera as that was another $300. Their warranty does not apply to galvanized since galvanized pipes are so prone to flake build up.

Completed the job completely and quickly. Kept me informed of everything that he was doing. Fixed the blockage problem and cleaned up when finished. Unfortunately, I'll need follow up work to replaced a damaged drop box in the front yard.

I love they text a picture of the person showing up beforehand. They also communicate great and are on time! The service tech is very good and explained what happened and provided a video showing the service performed.

We have had a basement drain for gray water backing up for a while now, had a plumber out but no real difference. Called ZOOM DRAIN.COM they called me back within 5 minutes and sent a Great Technician out the next day!! Chris S. Came, was very polite, clean and snkaed the pipe. Works much better now and he also suggested we try some Zoom Drain chemical to keep the drain open . I do alot of Dog blanket washing so there was a ton of hair and build up in that drain, also the drain was not meant to have a Washer & Dishwasher empty into it at the same time as was hooked up by previous owner!!!
