I have relied on J Anthony Electrical Contractors since 2009 when I first moved to Texas. They are ALWAYS on time and have never rescheduled an appointment or not shown up...something I cannot say about many of the various other contractors that I've worked with in San Antonio. Their prices are reasonable; they work quickly and efficiently; and the technicians who come to the house are always personable and professional. I will continue to call J Anthony Electrical Contractors and highly recommend them to others.

We called Cricket Residential Electricians at the last minute to request a quote for an electrical rewiring for our kitchen remodeling project. Technicians came as soon as possible to provide a quote. They were very knowledgeable and even told us we had a small leak in the ceiling which thanks to him we were able to fix before the ceiling went up! We'll be calling Cricket Residential Electricians in San Antonio, TX again for outdoor lighting and patio stair lighting. Highly Recommended.

I would like to commend Krystal for her outstanding service with my recent inquiry. I needed help trying to locate a user manual for a 20+ year old generator I inherited. I had been searching for about 4 days and even contacted the company that made it to no avail. Krystal was able to find and send me the link to the manual I needed and I now possess both the generator and engine manuals. I will now feel safe when trying to run for the first time in a few days. Very poor Customer Service, they will put you off to get you out of the warranty period. No Supervisor's on site, and they will not call you back as promised!!Buyer Beware!

I enjoy working with them they have friendly staff to work for. They also have acknowledge workers to work with and willing to teach you there experience with no hesitation. Last had a great time working at the quick trip learning what it takes to work at a gas station. Good experience.

Called late yesterday for a toilet repair necessary for a final walk through at a nearby business. Was initially told that a tech could be there between 10am and 2pm today. These guys did work on a couple of rental priorities I own. It’s taken me a while to find an hvac company I like because everyone is always so unreliable! These guys are always quick to answer, quick to show up, and quick to get the work done! Highly recommended.

Simons Electric did a fantastic job replacing both electrical panels and some difficult rewriting. They were both very professional and did a very neat job. They didn’t get finished the first day but came back the very next morning to finish up the job. Everything was explained to me so I could understand what they were doing.
