We had a leaking, running toilet and our shower downspout stopped working which only allowed us to shower. We called Atteris - Houston Plumber to schedule a service appointment to repair it. They sent their expert plumber , he was friendly, arrived on time and took care of all our plumbing issues quickly and at a very fair price. We are very grateful and can't wait to take a hot shower! Called them about a tankless water heater giving an error. The guy showed up the first time and said he needed to clean something out and tighten some screws that it would fix the issue… it did not! We called them out again Monday 4/4/22 the technician shows up calls the water heater manufacturer and is told to check the gas pressure, the tech didn’t have the correct tool to check the gas pressure so he said he would be back the next day. We never heard from them again, I even called the office to see if they would be finishing the work or not and nothing. We had to hire someone else that did have the correct tools and fixed the problem in 15min. We will not be using Pegasus Plumbing again.
