Robert Metzger Plumbing

Landlord contracted Metzger to fix a leak in my shower faucet. Not only was it NOT fixed in the first two trips the plumber made to my apartment, on the third trip, after a new faucet was installed, they attempted to attach a shower head fixture to the tile with adhesive. By that night, the adhesive failed. The shower head fell to the floor of the tub, and I have no working shower until Tuesday (today is Friday). Unacceptable work. The only thing that gets them a single star is that the leak is gone.

Cannot say enough good things about Robert Metzger Plumbing and the service I received from their business! Robert is incredibly responsive, honest, and fair.

Used them twice this month. First Anthony to fix a toilet and he was wonderful. Then I had a leak which turned out to be a huge job. Robert gave a fair price, when it turned out to be way more involved he just barely raised the price. I felt it was very fair. He also continuously sent people out until it was right. I would recommend them.

The quality didn't meet the price at all. Hired for plumbing part in our remodeling project. The scope was clearly outlined (prepare the piping for connecting with shower and sink faucet, connect the bathtub), they estimated it for 4 hrs of work + cost of parts to be delivered by them. Spent an hour of paid time for waiting for the required parts to be delivered by their guy. Failed to complete the scope within initially agreed time, didn't connect the bathtub. When installing the faucets we revealed, that they mixed the pipes with hot and cold water when routing the necks. Had to reroute ourselves at the end. I really regret that I couldn't stop paycheck. It was a shame from their side. Will never hire them again.

Called at midnight requesting a call when they opened. Callback received at 7:30 am. Schedule appointment for 1 PM. Received another call three hours early they were available to come then. Sink clogged water leaking found Lysol wipe in garbage disposal??? Embarrassing! Proceeded to bathroom To fix shower faucet installed incorrectly was done in less than 30 minutes Price extremely reasonable

Work was good; just ask for a quote upfront. Did 2 days of work for me. On day 1 I asked for an estimate, and he did not give me one, not even a ball-park. Finished the job, and he ripped my eye-balls out on the price.

Rob came during the freezing cold week when everyone's pipes were freezing. He completely fixed my kitchen sink and drain issues and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Even my mom liked him. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

Called for ER services- The man answered and said in a sarcastic tone that I was not looking for a plumbing job. I said I was and stated where I was calling from- He yelled over me saying Goodbye and hung up. Not the best way to get and keep business

Great service, consistently. The same people time after time. I have used them for over 10 years now. Robert Metzger and his great group are wonderful.

Excellent work and arrived on schedule. Found my leak for me and even helped out with a toilet problem I didn’t know I had.

Just plain terrible and unprofessional. Called and had an appointment for 11am next day. I took days off work and they never showed. Called back 2 times and he doesn't respond.
