Not only was Mike responsive and on time, he effectively communicated exactly what the problem was and what it was going to take to get the job done. Set up an appointment with Harp and did not find out I needed to be on site until the morning of which I understand. I requested to talk with the manager Chris about possibly giving a discount for the inconvenience of having to reschedule, he was not willing to do so but said he was trying to help me out so I asked him how was he helping me if he couldn't give a discount? He quickly became frustrated and defensive and told me to use someone else, which is great advice and I highly advise you do the same.

Oneway plumbing is out standing they are very professional and do amazing quality work they are more then reasonable with their prices.

I had a clogged sink that I called Plumber Lakewood, Plumbing Lakewood A1 Services to unclog and they sent out someone ritgh away, one of the most professional plumbers I've ever met. He was efficient and cleared out my drain in no time. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have plumbing issues again.

Roman rooter awesome plumber, very professional and knowledgeable. Checked every valve and knew what type of pipe ran through the house. My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Handyman Connection came out to our house recently to install new light fixtures. I was so happy with the whole experience! From estimate, to installation, to follow-up, the whole experience was very easy. All the employees I interacted with were super professional and friendly.
