I can't say enough great things about this company. They are professional and timely. The work was top-notch, and they explained everything to me so there were no surprises. It is hard to find a fair-priced and honest company in these industries, so I am very happy to have found such a great company. Call these guys for your next HVAC and Plumbing problems. Live in OKC and our pipes in the basement froze and created multiple leaks.
One call was all it took and they came out and shut water off and repaired the leaks.
Highly recommend and they are my only plumbing contact I saved.

This is when the original owner did the work I needed. Prompt, on time, friendly, informative, reasonably price, quality material's, excellent work. I consider him my plumber, have referred him to neighbor's/family/community Nextdoor app.

After having issues with my bathroom and kitchen plumbing for a few days, I contacted Plumber Oklahoma City, OK Plumbing & Repair this morning. He told me he was very busy, but would work to schedule our repair in with his team. I was so excited (and relieved!) to hear that they were able to come out after hours today! It is 9:30pm and his team is wrapping up their project. The fact that he was willing to spend 30 minutes with me on the phone addressing my issues (and educating me on the process!) and made time to come out the same day says a lot about his commitment to his customers. I absolutely will recommend this crew to anyone in search of a plumber. Outstanding customer service, friendly people and great job on the repair!

Roger was awesome! Reasonably priced for coming out on a Saturday to get my main line flowing again. I will definitely be using again and referring them to anyone needing a plumber!

I have used Don-Co Plumbing for several years. I have always been happy with their work and they are very professional. Recently used them to have ONG turn our gas on. They did the pressure test, called the inspector and sent the documents to ONG quickly. The lady that answers the phone calls is very kind and professional. Will continue to use them!

Danny Harper arrived to change out my kitchen faucet. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and a very nice young man. He was very thorough in his job and cleaned up afterward. Have had major warranty issues on our home. Custom Plumbing by Chris was the plumbing contractor through R&R Homes, LLC in Moore, Oklahoma. Purchased a $2,200.00 tankless water tank which has never worked properly. Started having problems four months after closing on home in December 13, 2012. Custom Plumbing has refused to honor the warranty. Sent a certified letter which was signed and received and still no contact to resolve. As of this writing, have no hot water but are out the $2,200 for the unit. We are now being told by the water department that we apparently have a water leak which has resulted in a $1,200.00 water bill.

I called and left a message. I have yet to receive a call back. Will not call again

Jet Plumbing was out, relayed poor/wrong info back to the home warranty company. Another company is called out and fixed it within the hour. My girlfriend left a review about it. Today I find out she received a phone call that was not pleasant. She was yelled at and in the end threatened to be sued if she didn't remove her review. I do not appreciate this type of behavior.

STOP! READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING THIS PLUMBER!

We called this plumber because of a leaky faucet. He charged us 20$ in parts and 95$ for an hour of labor.
He neglected to give my wife and I the option of actually fixing the problem instead of just applying a band-aide to the situation like he did.
I want to believe that he didn't inform us of the full repair option because he was ignorant of it and not so that he could keep returning to apply 115$ band-aides.
Less than 60 days after having this plumber fix the problem the leak was back because he never actually fixed anything.
I attempted contact but as of this post it's been 5 days and he hasn't bothered to return my call.

I won't be using this service again and I recommend you don't either.

Called in and the David came out on Thursday to fix our drain in the garage. Paid him, he left. We ran a load of laundry and realized the drain was still over flowing. Called, left a message, never heard back. Called again Friday morning, spoke with David, told him the issue, he said he would be out later that day. Haven’t heard from him since. Today is Monday, and I’m out $125 and I still can’t do laundry.
