Overall an excellent experience. We were having problems with our garbage disposal and our dish washer. I first spoke with Sara when making the appointment. I was unsure of the billing structure so she had Corey ( the owner) call me to personally explain. We made the appointment and Phillip (the technician) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable . We needed a new disposal and Phillip clearly explained several options. We made our choice and Phillip quickly and efficiently did the install. The issue with the dishwasher wasn’t as clear. Phillip checked several potential problems and discovered a bad connection of the electrical which he remedied . We though we were going to have to get a new dishwasher so this was extremely welcome. We’ve had JVG in for several different issues over the years and have always been please with the outcome.

Have used BB Plumbing for several plumbing jobs. Customer service is always top notch and the work is performed on time and within budget. I would not hesitate in recommending them for your plumbing needs.

Called 45 minutes before quoted time frame. Technician arrived, diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix the issue. The drain blockage was cleared, the pipe was inspected and I was given a description of the pipe conditions. The technician was very friendly and competent. I will not hesitate to call Roto Rooter again.

Highly recommend Jordan Plumbing. From the first call, they were professional and responsive and enjoyable to work with. They fixed a leaky faucet and replaced aging stop valves and the water pressure regulator. Excellent service and results. Straightforward on pricing. Waite Plumbing is fantastic! My main water line was replaced with a clear plan and timeline. They sent texts to let me know about my appointments and billing. I knew my yard would be torn up but their crew was neat about it and filled and packed the dirt back in. (Picture of the area of dig/line.) My previous plumbing co (used and liked for about 5 years) quoted the job but was not confident to do the job. Waite is now my company! They handled everything, 811 and town permitting. Special thanks to Aaron for fixing a water pressure issue in my main bath (the value would leak for me if adjusted) when I inquired about including it in the quote. He ran back to his truck and did it on the spot. Skilled and kind people. Fair pricing. Mike, the owner, runs an exceptional business. Everyone on the job was savvy and also happy to do the work.

My toilet was replaced in exactly 15 minutes. for $165.00. He brought the toilet in from my car and hit the wall on the way in. Apologized, but I noticed after he left there was a large hole in my wall (even though there was a door stop) There was no caulking placed around the base of my toilet. He said he doesn't do that because you want to see a leak when it occurs. Did some research, and toilets don't leak around the sides. They leak down through the flooring underneath.I asked for a receipt as my MIL was going to pay for it, and he said he sent me one in an an email. This never happened, even though I called twice and asked for the receipt. Asked for him to repair the wall and caulk around the toilet base, or reimburse me for $50.00 but he didn't pick up his phone when I called, and never got back to me. I sure won't be using this guy anymore. He does his work fast and sloppy!
